I had trouble signing in, and while there are good things, overall I cannot recommend it

Great apertures, the shower water pressure was fine, and the cereal selection was great.

The sign-time in the email was wrong, and the hotel was closed when I arrived. There was vermin in the room. At the first day, the breakfast smelled abominable, and the staff told me that there was "something rotten". The fresh fruit were not all that fresh. It's a shame, there's a lot of good substance here, but it's just not well maintained.

Nice Stay, But Nights Can Be Uncomfortable

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. The bed is comfortable, and it has both heating and air conditioning, so it’s suitable for both summer and winter. The area around the hotel is very quiet and well organized, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from the metro station. The pillows in the room are varied, which is a nice touch. The room uses a code for entry ,they’ll give it to you when you check in. Make sure to take a photo or write it down, because the reception is only available until 10 PM. After that, you’ll need the code to enter the hotel, so don’t forget to keep it handy.

What I didn’t like is that after 7 PM, the lobby area gets crowded with drunk people, and even in the hallways near the rooms, which can feel uncomfortable. Also, there’s no drinking water available not in the reception area and not in the room.

The bathroom was super small and smelled moldy! Gross!!

I wanted to check in at 1:40 pm. I was told I have to pay 15 Euros for early check in. This has not been very friendly. So I waited for an hour to check in. no hotel save, no fridge and no key are further disadvantages

Returning for 6th visit and this will probably be my last.

Clean and tidy

Bar has been refurbished but badly, no atmosphere and drink choice was dreadful, not even German bier was available - it was far better before refurbishment. Seating hasd been replaced with uncomfortable seats where the old ones were very comfortable. Bar food choice was also bad, no choice - pizza or leave it - I left it. Highlight of stay is Macdonalds restraunt is only a 5 minute walk away ! My bathroon had no release on the sink to drain water and after final housekeeping visit they actually removed the plug in the sink totally making it useless. The aircondition did not work and only blew warm air.

Check-in at 22:10 took nealy 2 hours. The automated checkin did NOT recognize my reservation. Sad!

Lack of food if any at night and when there was it was a poor selection. Lack of bar staff on in bar - hotel was very quiet so it seemed only one member of staff was present to do all jobs in booking in/bar/reception/food etc
