I was what i needed. Great Stay!

Location is great, 5min off the Motorway....couldnt be better i think, Great Breakfast Buffet, great mix, Coffee comes mainly from a Coffee Machine with options, Staff is friendly, altogether great stay. Dogs allowed with extra charge, 15Euros/day, parking 18Euros/day.

Personally, i didnt like the beds, i prefer a firm matress, but it wont hold me from coming back.

Very convenient stay in quiet area yet close to downtown Frankfurt

Nice, modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable. Quiet area, easy access from highway, parking lot with charging stations. We stayed here 2 nights to meet friends and visit the Weihnachtsmarkt in Frankfurt. We walked to Frankfurt city centre (nice, 1 hour stroll along the river Main with great views of the city and downtown) and took the S-bahn back (station is 10 minute walk from hotel). We had dinner in the hotel the first night when we arrived, which was very convenient. Breakfast is great, lots of choices. Although Frankfurt airport is fairly close we were not bothered by noise of airplanes. Overall a very pleasant and convenient stay.

Area is not very inspiring (hotels and office buildings) but this was not a problem for us. Fee for charging electric vehicles is very, very high. (1,60 euro/kwh). Our charging app showed a much lower price so be aware. Charging stations are not owned by hotel. It was convenient to charge at hotel but it was the highest price we ever paid for charging.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.. 10/10 would highly recommend. Very well connected with public transport, very close to the riverside and has vibrant streets around

fabulous hotel but with on-site paid parking

great looking hotel

On site paid parking makes the whole stay feel so cheap, which is a shame cause nothing else about the hotel says low-end. And it's not even modest pay either, if you stay a week or so, it's cheaper to park at the airport. What's next ? the heating is extra ? pay separately for sheets ?

Good and convienient accommodation if you travel by Car.

Clean room. Nice atomosphere. plenty of space for parking cars. Friendly staff. Restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was Good. But cannot compare with the Breakfast what we get at Leonardo Royal Hotel, Munich.

Hadn’t expected such an exceptional stay. Wonderful!

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and then to keep our car parked in the hotel lot into the evening the next day. Both of these accommodations made our trip so much easier. On top of that, our room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Highly recommend staying at this property!

Breakfast needs to be improved! A very basic breakfast for 18 euros per day, same spread everyday and sometimes trays are even empty! I would say skip the breakfast

Rooms were spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the coffee in the room. Good location for us.

It was exceptionally cold outside which means the dining area was quite cold too and so was breakfast, even the eggs that came straight out of the kitchen. Also the bathroom in our room could have been cleaner (the wall next to the toilet).

A hotel worth staying in!!

Serenity Clean Breakfast Location and Staff. Excellent!

I arrived an hour before the official check-in time (3 p.m.) and a male receptionist unfriendly, asked I should await until he calls me to check in. He never did, and when I realized other guests who arrived after me were being checked in, I approached one of the ladies, who was full of smiles and welcoming, seamlessly allocated my room.

Not a bad stay near Frankfurt, but not sure if I would stay again.

big and spacious room, very good value for money, and ample parking spaces. the hotel is in a suburban town (Offenbach) very near central Frankfurt, only about 4-5km. You can literally walk to Frankfurt if you wish and there is a comfortable trail. there's not much to do in Offenbach though. we picked a triple room for 2 people for just a little bit extra money but well worth it. it's like having 2 rooms designed in a single room. Very good deal.

Reception and the staff training needs work. On the day when we checked in there was a man and a woman at the counter. we had the man and he had the typical German manner we've seen in many places, serious and stern, and no smile at all. Checking in was like trying to collect unemployment insurance. The woman on the other hand was very nice and courteous and perhaps the guy's having a bad day though that's pretty much the way he treated everyone before us. It's a hotel... people come a long way to visit. Really would be nice to be greeted with some smile, even if it's not genuine. Another really bad (scary) impression on staff training was the 2nd day we stayed at about 10-11am there was a fire alarm and we rushed out of our room, saw nobody in the hallway, and ran down the stairs. In the stairway 2 staff in uniform saw us, didn't say anything just waived outside and went back to their cell phones, giggling. They clearly didn't seem worried at all, while outside there was a bunch of customers freezing without their jackets as it was about 12'C. I can't imagine if there's a real fire...

I have a new favorite hotel in Frankfurt!

Ease of parking, cozy atmosphere with big rooms. Speedy check in and check out. Wish I knew this hotel ages ago. My excellent experience with them will let me venture and try other Leonardo hotels, I am neither adventurous nor like to try new things. But I did hit a jackpot on this one. An open late McDonald’s meters away. One of the best values I saw in Europe in 2023.

I am heavy travelled and honestly the room was really great for my family for the money we paid. Very spacious with large bed + large sofa bed. And the coffee machine was a happy surprise. Interior designs are very modern and clean.

Not a fault of the hotel. But there is an outside bar/outside club across the river with techno/house music till 11pm which kept my kids awake. I didn’t expect it as the hotel is obviously located away from city center. Likely it’s only weekend events therefore not every day, but if you are a very sensitive family to noise it’s good to be aware of it.
