The hotel is quite good. The cleaning lady is nice and asks every day if any service is needed. The bed is fairly comfortable, and the room was warm.”

The hallway and bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It wasn’t until the fourth day that the smell started to fade, which was probably absorbed into the bathroom walls

Very convenient room, very good breakfast, parking, 15 minutes by car from the center of the city

Although the room was really clean and they changed the towels every day( extra convenient), the carpet was dirty in several spots..perhaps it should be changed..

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, nice breakfast, cordial staff and comfortable room.

The air conditioning was great - we were there during heat wave, and were comfortable! The staff was very cordial and breakfast was good, with many choices.

During the heat wave, the train station was a bit more of a walk than we could manage - at cool times of day, it wasn’t bad at all. Uber was a great option when needed.

Modern, clean, quiet stay

The hotel is modern, clean and very quiet.

The location isn’t the greatest - not many shops and restaurants nearby. There are a couple of bus stops nearby, and there is a train station less than a mile away but it was closed while we were there.

Would recommend for basic but sufficient short stay

A fair option for a short-term stay in Frankfurt if you are not afraid of a 20-30 minutes commute to the city center. It was clean and comfy. And pretty quiet, which surprized me. Looks like they have good noise isosaltion between the rooms. Breakfast was rather basic, but absolutely enough for a 2-3 nights stay. Absolutely worth its costs. Public transport - buses ansd S-Bahn are in 5 miutes walking distance from the hotel.

The almost suburban location is the only downside I can think of. But again, if you are fine with a commute, then this is not an issue.

The ceiling fell on us on our first visit to Germany on our honeymoon!

The rooms are big enough and clean. The bathroom was big in our first room! The second room after the ceiling fell off on us the bathroom was small! The design of the rooms and hotel is great. The location was good and near a supermarket, halal turkish food truck, McDonald's and thai restaurant.

The ceiling fell on us because of the AC dripping water on it in a very scary night with lots of wind and noises. Woke up in the middle of the night like a nightmare because of the ceiling that fell. Al hamdulilah (thanks god) that it did not fell on us! The issue was that we reported that to the hotel and there was no reaction except and they just offered to change the room! Even though this is a big safety issue and it went through fortunately safely for us! The staff were not so professional and it seemed from what they said that it happened with other customers in the hotel previously. On the other hand, There was no phone in the room to call the reception! I still demand a compensation for what happened to us either from the hotel or from booking as this affected our honeymoon spirit

Clean and well-located near the Main river. Great walking and running possibilities. Easy walk to some local restaurants, including a pizza restaurant near a tennis facility

Requires public transport but the S-Bahn service was severely disrupted and made it difficult to get to and from the airport

Superb

The staff was really nice, early check-in and late checkout were possible, without any problems. The hotel offers a nice lobby with good desks for work. The location is not close to the city center, but there's a train station 5 minutes walking, which makes everything super easy. It was really worth it.

Unfortunately the room didn't have a fridge, but that was the only point which disappointed us.

Friendly front desk staff. They've got coffee, beer, drinks downstairs. Cold air-conditioning! Quiet place. Took a nap after an overnight flight. Slept like a baby all day!

Nice hotel. Not a romantic get away spot, no gym, but great spot!
