The location is great, but the breakfast and cleanliness could be better.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to shops and Central Station, so if you enjoy walking, there’s no need for a public transportation card.

I didn’t like the breakfast ,there were only eggs and one or two kinds of cheese. Also, there is no view, so don’t pay extra for a room with a view. The cleanliness is moderate, not very clean , even the towels were smelly.

Wanted to charge me extra for checking in early Did not clean the room properly, cleaner took 2nd key card and did not return it Housekeeper promised to provide new keycard personally and did not return Felt unsafe in room - in room second bolt was removed from door Breakfast was really ordinary, mass produced Long queue for the coffee machine 10 people or more at two machines For 180 Euros a night, really bad value

I most probably won’t go back

Breakfast was nice with a good variety, the location was very central

You get vouchers if you don‘t want the cleaners to do the room, which is basically ok. They‘re telling you it‘s for the environment and all that, but let’s face it, it’s also to save them money. We took the vouchers wanted to use them, but then being told they were valid for a limited selection (which was not what they said when we got them and all we wanted was a different beer), but anyway, we decided to have our room cleaned instead (if promises are not kept…) and gave the vouchers back. Then the next evening we found our rooms not cleaned, so in the end they got both, no drinks to serve and no rooms to clean.

Excellent Hotel with Wonderful Breakfast in a super location. 6 Stars!

Receptionists were all friendly and warm. We were able to check in earlier than expected, which was a Bonus. The Breakfast was amazing. Wide variety and clean, comfortable Breakfast area. The beds were so comfortable and room was big and nice and clean. Location is just 6 minutes walking distance from the train station Centrall and the area near the Hotel is vibrant with lots of restaurants and shops. My friend and I totally enjoyed staying at this Hotel.

The only thing that I could say was that the windows couldnt open but we were on the 5th floor so Its more for security reasons.

The room was a decent size and very comfortable. The pillows are, apparently, soft one size and 'hard' another. I am not entirely sure I noticed. there was a kettle. The blue light in the bathroom was great, especially at night. The shower cubicle was a decent size. I liked that the hotel didn't provide all the items you often get, e.g. sewing kit, but you can request them. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Good for omnivores and veggies. The location is fantastic as it's near the station and the centre of town. I really liked that members got points and non-members a free drink if they don't get their room serviced.

I could hear the trams from my room. However, it was faint, so it didn't matter.

Breakfast staff were great. They were friendly, always said 'good morning' and worked hard to clear tables. Breakfast area and the food looked very clean. Choice was good. We were given vouchers for a free drink as there was no room service for the days we stayed. This was fine as we were only there 3 nights so didn't need clean towels/bed making etc. Good to have 24 hour check-in. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Excellent location. Great that check-out was at 12.

There was a kettle in the room but there was very limited creamer, sugar etc only enough for one drink and not enough for our 3 nights, 2 days stay. Had to ask for more.

Conveniently located for a walking sightseeing tour. close to Central station comfortable room

Breakfast was satisfactory but without enough tables to seat. One morning paper tissues were missing housekeeping came in the afternoon forcing us to leave room to clean it no refrigerator in room we had an ongoing issue with the card key not able to enter. the staff tried to fix it

Clean, new and good value for money

We normally stay at the Marriott so were not expecting much at a Holiday Inn Express. However, this hotel was very good value for the price. Especially seeing that it included breakfast, which wasn't extensive but had a reasonable choice, although there was no cooked breakfast. The breakfast area itself is nice and light and sunny Re. the room, It had a nice new bathroom ;I think the whole hotel has been refurbished because it was clean bright and comfortable. The bedroom had all necessary facilities. There wasn't a coffee maker as in some hotels but there was a kettle with tea and instant coffee. The bed linen was nice quality, very smooth and cool. My main gripe is that the windows don't open. Apart from that, we were very satisfied.

The fact that there is no iron, microwave in the room and the first days of room/ cleaning service was terrible They didn’t bother to clean up good and left the blanket and towel on the floor
