Amazing Villa if you want to stay outside central Ubud

Amazing 4-bedroom villa, very clean, garden well-maintained, big swimming pool.

15-20 mins drive to central Ubud (depending on traffic) - not a negative per say. However, limited breakfast choice, nothing special.

Beautiful, private villa with a great location.

The hotel manager and staff were absolutely wonderful—so warm, friendly, and attentive. Everything was done to an exceptional standard. We especially loved the convenience of being able to order food straight to our villa, as well as enjoying relaxing poolside massages in the privacy of our villa. The location was also perfect, just a short 15-minute drive from the centre of Ubud, with the option to easily order a Gojek or hire a scooter.

Relaxing and peaceful

Breakfast was great and was brought to our villa each morning. The bed was really comfortable. The pool had a cute water feature. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We arranged 2 couples massages while there and they were both so relaxing and affordable. We really enjoyed the countryside feel.

Such a wonderful stay!

I had absolutely the best time at Villa Puri Tupai. Sukarsa and his team took excellent care of me, and the food was really great! I had some lunch and dinner. The location is just outside of Ubud centre, a short scooter ride away. Everything was also really clean. The outdoor bathroom was also really nice and the pool area as well. Very relaxed stay! And highly recommend!

Amazing place, most welcoming crew and own, private villa and pool!

Villa Puri Tupai is a magnificent place where you will find a calm surrounding, a beautiful traditional villa and exceptional friendly staff. You have your own, spacious garden with own swimming pool. It’s very private. You can have a delicious breakfast each morning at your villa or eat at the small outside restaurant. The villa is very well maintained and super clean, the food is delicious. You really enjoy the amazing outdoor bathroom… the shower is the best. ❤️ We had different kind of food at the villa: breakfast-lunch-dinner: all good, fresh and delicious. I would really suggest to try the teriyaki tempura, the mie/nasi goreng and the soto Madura! Yummmm… sandwiches are nice too. We would specially like to thank the amazing crew. They made staying here so wonderful. And they were so involved when I was taken to the hospital for a couple of days due to food poisoning (not from the villa food!!!! but elsewhere in Ubud)… Sukarsa - the manager - contacted me several times how I was doing. That really made my day and shows how warm and wonderful the staff is. They also arranged a birthday cake on my buddy’s birthday! So nice!!! Thanks again a 100 times. 🧡🩵💚 for everything ☺️ 🏋🏼 Sports tip! CrossFit Ubud is a SUPER nice, nearby box/gym (only 10 minutes walk up the street) where you can buy several day/week passes etc. Go check it out! Super nice coaches and equipment.

We had the traditional breakfast most days and it was nice. The staff in particular Ayo and Putri where amazing they looked after us, so nice going out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable, can’t thank them enough they were brilliant, so kind and happy

i personally do not enjoy the smell of moth balls in the room although it goes away after a few hours.

Garden .

Villa is In very poor condition and poses health, hazards. Green and Black mold can see everywhere, and the property is infested with mosquitoes and ants. The property is not safe for kids, especially young age, they have a water ditch 3 ft dip and no safety fence around it. I would recommend checking this villa in person to avoid any disappointment.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA, BEAUTIFUL STAFF

They exceeded the expectations from the moment they handed the keys- the way actually took us on a villa tour and walked our bags there! The supervisor is so friendly and accommodating. Our butler, Putri really went above and beyond to help us every single day of our stay. Villa is beautiful but the staff are even more exceptional!

location is far from ubud central. and getting taxi can be difficult at peak hours. insets are there so some kind of insect repellent should given or fumigation should be done. food can be improved.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Available at all times and helped arrange lots of things for us and gave lovely recommendations. Staff were family friendly and loved showing our son the animals and feeding the fish. Villa was pretty, compfy and clean. Loved the space and beautiful garden.

Great helpful staff. Beautiful room. Very clean and well maintained. Terrific staff. We had a birthday during our stay and staff unprompted organised a gluten free birthday cake and sang us happy birthday. Staff also very helpful in organising bookings for restaurants and transport etc.

Location is a bit out of the way. Good local restaurants though and short drive to Ubud.

Breakfast was good had many choices. Location is not the best as most of the activity like restaurants etc are a distance away. However with the Gojek app it was easy to get a bike ride (grab)

Dinner had to be ordered 3 hours before, so I ended up each day having to buy dinner and return to the hotel

24h/24h service so when I have to change my towel or need something else , that easy and very quickly with a staff very reactive ! My room was always clean and my room was tidied as soon as I left the villa.
