Голяма, просторна къща с всички необходими удобства. Рико е страхотен, отговаряше веднага при нужда , всеки ден се почистваше къщата, както и помещението с кухнята и хола.Много приветлив персонал.
Нямаме оплаквания , само че заваля последният ден и не успяхме да се насладим на басейна в къщата .:)

We had a lovely stay at this villa for our family gathering. The villa itself is beautifully furnished, with spacious rooms and a stylish design throughout. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well air-conditioned.
The outdoor area, however, was the highlight — the swimming pool, daybed, and sun loungers were all wonderful, and we spent a lot of time relaxing there.
Overall, the villa looked beautiful and was perfect for our group of nine — it never felt crowded at all.
The host was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The living room and kitchen looked lovely, but since there was no air conditioning in that part of the villa, we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked.
The outdoor lounge set was brittle and falling apart. It was a bit of an eyesore and would honestly look better if it were removed or replaced.
The river next to the pool had quite a bit of rubbish along the banks, though we understand this was likely due to recent flooding.

Ежедневная уборка поддерживает чистоту на хорошем уровне. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. При заезде нас встретили напитками, фруктами и сладостями — приятный знак внимания.
Фотографии не совсем соответствуют реальности: в комнате чувствуется запах сырости, стены местами влажные, краска отслаивается. С территории слышен постоянный шум от стройки и транспорта по ночам. Вид за бассейном неприятный — грязь, сухие ветки, полное отсутствие ухода, хотя рядом есть красивые водопады, которые могли бы стать достоинством. Нет кофемашины, из-за чего каждое утро приходится идти в город за кофе. Кровати сильно скрипят (особенно в комнатах №3 и №5). На кухне невозможно находиться днём — нет кондиционера, потолочные вентиляторы не справляются. По утрам ощущается запах канализации как в ванной, так и на территории виллы.
