Fantastic relaxation quite and elegant

The property is in the nature and beautifully designed. There are a very few guests which makes it very quite and relaxing. The stuff was very sweet and do their best to make you fell home

In my room there were some small insects coking through the outside bathroom but this is part of the property’s being in the nature. I believe that can be challenging for some people

Villa Pantulan perfectly captures the beauty & serenity of Ubud while its staff embrace the lovely nature of Balines

Once you drive up to the villa, you are welcomed with the serene ambience that carries on throughout the property. The staff are exceptional! They ensured our stay was comfortable and they also took the time to genuinely hold conversations with us including my 4 y.o in a professional manner. The 7AM/7PM cafe/restaurant nearby was also a hidden gem for sweet treats and snacks.

Minor issue but some breakfast options were quite small servings.

Everything that comes with it!

The ambiance was absolutely fantastic. Sleeping and swimming in the heart of the untouched forest was the highlight of our stay at this villa. My family truly enjoyed the pure nature and the delicious, thoughtfully prepared food. The team was incredibly friendly and generous, they made us feel right at home. Our child had a great time feeding the fish, and the staff genuinely enjoyed playing with him.

Incredible service, peaceful, relaxing, modern and very clean. This is perfect location in Ubud and best place in area to stay. Away from the chaotic city and distance to one of the best bakery’s I’ve even been (7am7pm). Breakfast was great and staff made us a dish using the banana flower, after a discussion while looking at banana tree beyond pool, which could be an award winning dish at a Michelin starred restaurant! This is the ideal Ubud experience, stay away from the town center tourist traps.

There were insects and mosquitoes in washroom as it was not completely sealed from top and may be it was done intentionally to give guest organic natural vibe of area but still at night due to insects it was really difficult to use washroom in particular

My Bali heaven is here😀

My Bali heaven is here. The friendly staff and comfortable and quiet accommodation structure were so good. It was a pool used by everyone in the villa, but few people used it, so it felt like a private pool, and the ginger lemon juice I drink here is my favorite juice. I felt the sincerity of their greetings to see each other again, and if I travel to Bali again, I think I will definitely use this place again. thank you so much.

I didn't have any regrets I was worried that I had to put up with some small bugs and ants in Ubud, but it was good enough to think I was taking care of the villa. If you want to use the accommodation properly, please let me know in advance what you want,

Wonderful and memorable stay

It is a beautiful boutique hotel. Very quiet and away from the main roads. Rooms are big and spacious. Friendly staff. Taking a Grab car to Ubud centre is quite easy.

They could have better blinds and coffee or tea sets in the room. Some bugs but can’t do much since it is near the fields.

The team at Villa Pantulan takes care of you really well. Ari, Wisnu, Daya, Kumon, Bhagya, Adi.. (sorry if I missed anyone) We were so comfortable with them. Especially the kids could just go up to them and ask for what they needed. Even strike a small conversation, learn their culture. They went out of their way to setup and celebrate our daughter's birthday. Truly memorable stay. made us feel we have a home in Ubud. The breakfast was super. I loved their greenery. Have taken pics so we can have a place like that at home. The villa is so well planned. If you are a group of say two or three families, then this is the place to go. Only regret is we didn't spend enough time at the villa. Give your self a day only at the villa, maybe max walk around the neighbourhood there.

Beautiful Villa, would stay again

The breakfast was good, with a fruit platter together with a variety of options for breakfast. Breakfast needs to be order tye night before to allow the team to buy and prepare. The pool was good for the size if property. The property is well looked after with the gardener attending every day. The staff are great, attentive and always ready to help. The location is just outside or Ubud, on a nice quiet side road. Ubud is easily reachable, within 15 mins of the town centre and monkey forest. The bedrooms where spacious, very smart and the layout made it comfortable for a family of 4. The view over the paddy fields was great, really provides a soothing and calming atmosphere.

The message room needs to be improved. The ambience was not great and the masseuses need to be more professional.

One of the best Villa

One of the best Villa we every stayed in Bali. The staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and made sure that we have everything that we need. The Bedrooms were very clean and cozy, the Bathroom were clean and spacious. I wanted to cook for my friends so I spend most of my time in the Kitchen. Chef Kayun and Mr. Bagia was very kind in helping me with the preparation, cooking and cleaning. Every dirty dishes was cleaned and ready to use in a blink of an eye. It was the smoothest cooking experience I have ever had. We spend some time in the pool, the size was not too big and not too small and so I could do some short laps across it. The view from the villa is something to remember, rice fields and coconut trees, farmer tending their lands from a far and their dogs following behind them was like a painting coming to live. Overall it was one of the best experience we ever had staying at a Villa in Bali. Thank you Villa Pantulan, all the Staff and Pak Ary for the assistance. We look forward to our next visit.

Living in the tropical outside next to a chicken farm.

People were friendly and supportive.

Property is located next to a chicken farm with chicken shouting for 18 hours a day. We did not know that all rooms are open to the outside. The two upstairs rooms have walls made of wooden blade structures that let wind through. The three downstairs rooms are better walled but still have small openings to the outside. Humidity is everywhere. Thus the interior of the rooms is deteriorating quickly. The host is very aware of the situation. I understand that the property might follow a traditional Bali villa style - for foreigners the category “villa” might be misleading by assuming closed rooms. We cut our stay short.

Beautiful and spacious villa with a superb view, will be great if there is only ONE rooster

The villa is spacious and beautiful. I was super happy when I arrived and thought I will get lost in such a huge space! There were 10 of us and the 5 rooms are just nice for us! En-suite toilets/bathroom are available for 3 of the rooms whereas the other 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom. The pool overlooks the plantation which is so pretty. There is breakfast available and a care taker. The shower has hot and cold function so it’s good, because it’s pretty cool in Ubud in the morning and night.

Everything will be perfect if not for the roosters ! It seems that the neighbour keeps roosters for fighting and I swear it sounds like they have at least 20 or 30 of them! The roosters crowed all the time ! Once at 2am, and then all of them crowed around 4plus to 5 plus am. Our sleep was super disturbed by the roosters. The wardrobe in my bedroom is not very clean so I didn’t dare to use it. If you are afraid of creepy crawlies and mosquitoes, then it’s not a place for u. My son’s bedroom has lots of them, especially worms. As we didn’t have time to really walk around Ubud, (we travel by van), I don’t really know what’s the distance out if by walking. But the van that we are in has to travel a little distance to go in. And the entrance to the villa is quite hidden and small. Luckily our driver has great skills.

a little out of town and in the countryside yet close enough to pop in for shopping and restaurants. it was a little piece of heaven . we were able to have our own yoga instructor come every morning and a masseuse every afternoon. just wonderful

The pool was the only good thing about the Villawh

TV didn’t work in either Villa, insects were able to get into rooms, the area smelt like a zoo, no sleep at night due to continuous animal noises eg goats, pigs, ducks, roasters etc etc. had to pay in cash (apparently no epfos facilities) even though booking reference stated payment via visa! Shower and toilet facilities very dirty lots of insects ... overall very disappointing experience. Staff tried hard to please but overall facilities definitely not what was promoted on website!

Eine Villa zum Entspannen mit großartigem Personal

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Pantulan. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich und ließ sich auch von unseren 3 Kleinkindern nie aus der Ruhe bringen. Stattdessen gab es sogar einen Flamingo als Überraschung für den Pool. Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein und die Innenstadt ist schnell erreicht. Die Villa, die Atmosphäre und der Ausblick strahlen eine großartige Ruhe aus.

K. hat kurzfristig noch Abendessen gekocht. Auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Sehr hilfsbereit, z.B. bei der weiteren Reiseplanung oder der Organisation des Transports zur nächsten Unterkunft. Ruhige, entspannende Atmosphäre. Sehr gutes Team (bis hin zum sehr hilfsbereiten Nachtwächter), geleitet durch A. und W.; aufgrund 24h Service sehr sicher gefühlt. Sehr schöner Pool. Sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Frühstück war super lecker, könnte von der Menge etwas mehr sein (vielleicht zusätzlich einfach noch etwas Brot, Butter, Marmelade/Honig dazu).

Magique, paisible, reposant

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Pantulan. Le cadre est exceptionnel, reposant et très bien situé par rapport au centre d’Ubud. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, et le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons également dîné un soir à la villa, le repas était divin. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, c’est une adresse à ne pas manquer à Ubud !!
