This is a beautiful tranquil oasis just on the edge of Ubud, the staff are beyond kind and helpful, the food is fresh and delicious, the rooms have everything you need, the pool is deep and cooling, I had the most wonderful massage and everything is very comfortable and clean, everything about this hotel has made our trip to Bali perfect, I can’t thank them enough.

It‘s very green and there is a nice view of the rice fields. Also, there is a free shuttle to the centre of Ubud which is really convenient.
- The beds were uncomfortable, and they provided us with a broken baby crib.
- Our room was poorly cleaned.Gaps between the windows, walls, and roof made it easy for lizards to enter the room—a situation that I personally found unsettling during our stay in Ubud.
- The breakfast was mediocre, lacking options like bananas or nuts for those who enjoy muesli.
- They frequently ran out of food items that were supposed to be available.
- While people in Bali are generally very friendly and always smiling, this alone does not equate to good service. For instance, when we needed a car to Canggu, the staff informed us that all drivers were busy and did nothing to assist us, not even offering a phone number or recommendation.
