Comfortable size room and living room. Pool is relatively good size. There is netflix. Good if you are a nature lover.
Location very deep in. Nothing much around. But there is a mart if you walk the distance out. Can still order grabfood.
The contact person was not so responsive sometimes. Needed to msg few times.
Would be good if there is a tv and aircon at the living room too.

The staff team contacted us a week before arrival.
The 1st day we encountered traffic jam, which arrived 1 hour late.
I told the staff and they kept waiting. When we arrived we enjoyed a welcome drink, and butler spoke to us in detail about the facilities.The room was neat, the pool was phenomenal, I contacted the butler via whatsapp and the response was always prompt. Would be asked every day at noon if they can come in to clean, and bath towels will be changed in a timely manner. Can make reservations for in-room breakfast service, as well as spa massages, and overall the experience is very good.
