Property was nice
No toothbrush and toothpaste. Beds were so uncomfortable.

Everything was in order , staff even accommodated for our late night check-in. The infamous traffic of Bali is So REAL!
Wish it was closer to Ubud market.
Had a 20-30 minute travel time by our van rental. Good thing car/ van rental is available .

The villa itself was magnificent.
The floors were very slippery and as it was raining we had a few falls. The first night we only had one thin sheet on each bed. We were freezing and had to ask for more bed clothes. The cleaners were useless. Didn't once wipe down outside tables or collect dirty dishes. Floors were dirty. Water dispenser leaked. Then our fridge stopped working. It took 48 hours to bring a new one. In the meantime all our food spoiled and we had to eat out. The butler didn't even offer us ice to keep our food cold even though we asked twice. Very disappointing service.
