Uma Stana Villa

Good location, Ayu was very friendly and helpful

The building needs maintenance. The place is falling apart. The leg kept falling of the couch, the aircon didn't have a remote. There's moisture coming through the floor, etc.

An exceptional villa that exceeded our expectations. The communication with us prior to our trip was prompt and our host arranged our airport transfer and met us when we arrived to show us around the property and give us the keys. We had arranged a meal for that evening and breakfast for the following morning and both were cooked and presented to perfection. Our rooms were cleaned every day, unobtrusively, and we then had the whole villa to ourselves for the rest of the day. Each of the 4 rooms has a king size bed, mosquito netting, air conditioning and its own bathroom, plus there is an outdoor shower next to the infinity pool and an extra toilet downstairs. The undercover kitchen/living/dining area is roomy and relaxing - but we spent all our time either in the infinity pool or on the lounge chairs provided. The location is only 100 metres back from the main road but this gives a feeling of isolation - plus the pool and bedrooms face out over a green field and are surrounded by lush, colourful plants that make you feel you are truly relaxing in a tropical paradise. The other bonus was the nearby facilities - a restaurant, coffee bar, tea house and bakery were only 80m up the road. Finally our host was amazing in organising activities for us, including massages at the villa, a driver to take us to Tenungan waterfall and a full day trip around the island visiting the places we were interested in, with our host as tour guide. We 100% felt spoilt and looked after at every moment of our stay.

Nothing - even the weather was on our side! Best trip ever.

Really spacious and great for a big group. The owners are lovely and clean the house everyday. The view overlooking the grassy fields at sunset is unreal. It is also located right next to a restaurant/massage place. The electricity went out in the middle of the night and the owners were right onto it and saved the day.

The open living space wasn’t ideal with all the bugs. There was also construction that started in the grassy fields directly in front of the villa. The showers are slightly uncomfortable as the downstairs showers have a large gap at the top opening to the street and the upstairs showers is completely open, with no roof and short walls.

Amazing view, quiet area, very close-by supermarket and restaurants, 15mn drive to Ubud, luxury bathrooms (the outdoor shower was a highlight), great staff, everything that you need in the villa

Nothing, it was perfect

the housemaid Wayan was so sweet and caring. she was more then happy to book massages and drivers for us, and even helped with taking someone from our group to the hospital after hours. the villa was also very big, with comfortable beds and large kitchen.

there is quite a few bugs but the housemaid does a very good job in clearing them from the pool and indoors.

Beautiful peaceful rice paddy view and infinity pool for the kids. TV with Netflix 👌

Internet was weak in far room but worked everywhere else.

It was Quiet Villa with a good swimming Pool.

The Villa was very shabby and very poorly maintained. The rooms on the ground floor smelt damp and musty. The kitchen was very unhygienic and we were hesitant to use any of the crockery and utensils. The Villa needs urgent maintenance and renovation.
