Beautiful cosy villa that feels like home. Stunningly decorated. Perfect for a small group. Lots of nearby cafes/restaurants.

The main shower is leaking badly causing the floor to be extremely slippery, dangerous...easy to fall. The area also has very noisy locals that play music all night. No wine glasses.

Very confortable villa

The villa had everything you needed, very well equipped even games for kids and family nights. The response from the villa staff and manager was prompt for anything we asked for.

The pool was very small and water cold as it’s not facing the sun.

Very comfortable, excellent experience

Great property, pretty new and well maintained. Universal power outlets were a nice touch, and the kitchen had everything you need. No microwave but there is an air fryer. The plunge pool was clean and welcome on a humid day. The communication from the property managers was excellent. There was a small issue with the power but it was resolved quickly and with care. We were a family of three generations and the place was cozy but spacious enough, and the office was very handy as I had some work to do

We wanted to stay somewhere in central Ubud that was easy to walk around Ubud but also easy to get in and out of ubud to avoid traffic. This Villa was better located than we could have hoped for with so many restaurants and cafes a short walk away on a fabulous eat street! Easy to bike, walk and drive into central ubud and to get to other parts of Bali too. So helpful esp with kids to move around! Loved the big rooms individually styled with comfy chairs and hooks everywhere and all en-suite bathrooms - essential for a group like ours. They had a spare office in the villa which the kids used to hang out which was fun for them. Tip: they have a hair dryer and steam iron in the villa! Also the spare toilet downstairs under the stairs was a total vibe - the Harry Potter theme was hilarious!!! Someone put a lot of thought into the decor of this place, everything has been accounted for, and works so well. Love the monkeys scattered throughout the house, great reminder that we are near the monkey forest!! Great option for a family or for a group of friends, esp if you want a modern place to stay while in Bali (they are brand new villas just open in March 2025). Everything feels high quality, works and very comfortable! It’s a fully fitted kitchen with air fryer, American fridge, and working cooker and oven…worked well with the kids. Tip 2: they have a coffee machine with free pods, how cool is that! Good to note there are 2 villas next to each other, if you need even more space….thanks for looking after us and we’ll be back!!

They don’t have a washing machine but there are plenty of laundry places nearby so we weren’t fussed.

Incredible stay with some girlfriends exploring Bali. Close to all the great restos near central Ubud, monkey forest, cozy. They thought of everything from high quality bed sheets, coffee machine, air fryer, and cute details everywhere. Feels like home away from home and will book again.

Such a great find, feel so lucky to get this place, amazing value

Loved this brand new villa, so well located - a super cute area, clean and quite but easy walking distance to the centre of ubud. It’s so spacious, rooms are well decorated with en-suite bathrooms and great stuff in each room. So thoughtful!

Outdoor space is limited but we don’t need this anyway, the cute pool was enough cool off, and the massive monkey forest park as well as outdoor space near by was more than enough!

الفيلا روعه ونظافه واثاث كل شي يفتح النفس وارتحنا فيها وكانو ييجون كل يوم للتنظيف ونرجع كل شي نظيف والفيلا معطره يشكرون على هذا الجهود

يعيبها ان الحوش الخارجي فيها جداره جدا قصير وهذا لا يناسبنا لكن كانت آمنه
