If it wasn’t for the smell in the bathroom, I would say this place is a no brainer for a comfortable and relaxing holida

Great space and design. Nice big rooms and ensuite bathrooms. The dining, kitchen and sunken living room area was very well equipped and comfortable. The air conditioning works very well. The pool, and surrounding areas are awesome and we spent 90% either in the pool or on the lounges. We also booked massages where they come to you. Nice setup with the outdoor covered area with massage tables at the rear of the property. Internet works well. Local restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk. There is a lady with a small shop only 50 metres from the Villa that sells ice cold Bintang, among other things. The host was attentive and quick to answer our queries and address any issues.

There was only one area of concern, and it is a big one. The smell in the bathroom of the first room. Honestly it was overwhelming. Enough to make us feel ill. To the host’s credit, we asked them to address this. They came quickly, but only sprayed some kind of fragrance. If we had not been travelling with so many people, we would have definitely moved. Or if it was a hotel, no way we would have accepted the room and would have demanded to be moved to another room. We had to suck it up as we didn’t want to affect the rest of our group. The hotter the weather, the worse the smell. It is actually unacceptable and they need to address this.

Nice stay

Villa is perfect for 2 familys as 5 bedrooms available. Also meals and massages to be booked via Company! Good communication possible via WApp or E-Mail or Call possible. Overall a nice stay for 5 days/ 4 nights

At first some minor issues as not enough plates, pans and pots available for 8 persons! Big knives for some fruits were all blunt. Several pool lights, stair lights and all lights in Front of the rooms were not working! Repair within one day, only 2 pool lights stayed off for the entire stay. No real Coffee machine available for breakfast, also not when ordering breakfast with Chef cook!

We loved the openness of the villa, and how the communal areas are accessible to all rooms. The in-villa services (buffet cooked by chef, massage) were on-time and efficient.

The villa host was quite unresponsive and only showed up once (when we checked in). When my friends and I were bonding at the pool, a man from outside showed up at the roof of the villa to tell us to keep the noise down. We were worried about our safety, so the security of the villa can be improved.

Exceptional

The Villa is very neat & clean (not creepy at all). The AC in each room is very cool. The staff is very helpful. The facility of the villa (pool & the sauna) is very great. You get exactly what you see in the picture. It's very perfect for family's vacation, but not so perfect of you bring a toodler (need an extra care to your children) because there's so much stairs and open area.

Unfortunately The living room doesn't have an AC, it's a little bit hot during the day (except that it's perfect). The access to the villa is a little bit small.

Speelkamer en zwembad was geweldig. Comfortabele bedden!
