Nice but not worth it.

The property was nice. The view of the rice field behind was peaceful. The host was mostly very responsive and helpful.

There was a bedroom that was damp with evidence of water leaking and a strong smell of mould/ damp. It was to the point that our teenager didn't even use the attached unsuite and had multiple air freshners in the room. For the price point I would expect a higher level of cleanliness (bathroom niche definitely not cleaned in a long time as build up under the statues). Was very disappointing that I requested a massage be organised for my husbands 50th birthday for first thing in the morning and the host forgot to book this. I didn't find this out until the day when I messaged the host to ask where the massage therapist was. He did try and find someone to come as soon as possible but my husband wanted to continue with his birthday celebrations for the day and it would've thrown the rest of plans out to be delayed. The property is tricky to find, quite far from the centre of Ubud which we found a challenge.

A very comfortable villa, perfect for spending time with friends and family. The host, Mr. Ferry, was very friendly, quick to respond, and truly helpful making us feel right at home, i love it. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to buy fresh coconuts directly from local farmers working nearby. A lovely and memorable experience overall :D

The villa is nice, but it's quite difficult to access with a large vehicle due to the narrow road and poor road conditions. It would be great if the access road could be improved in the future

Thanks Feri we are excited to plan a trip again as soon as possible.

The house was really beautiful. From the first moment we entered, we felt like we were at home. Especially Feri, who helped us, took care of everything like one of the family. Definitely a place we would recommend.

There's nothing we didn't like. A little far from the centre of Ubud. But for us it was better to be away from the chaos of the centre.

Fabulous stay for Mum's 70th birthday

I was greeted by Jun who was a fabulous host. He assisted my sister when she required a doctor. The villa was very clean. We ordered breakfast one morning by the staff, and wow it was beautifully made with love. It was a nice location out of central Ubud, about 10 mins by scooter. The laundry is just near by as well. The villa looks on to a rice paddy - lovely. I will be back if I had the choice.

Nothing to complain about, there is one request: put air con in the main sitting room (the fans are sufficient) and include a bluetooth speaker. Jun kindly let us borrow his but he shouldnt have to do that. Thank you Jun

The stay was excellend and good value for money

We liked everything about the property - the situation of the bedrooms, beds and pillows are very comfortable, swimming pool is very considerably adjusted for grown ups as well as smaller children.The host was excellent - whatever question we had, he was efficient.

The property has a beautiful view over the rice field still I would have preferred to have a more secluded view

la casa es muy comoda y bonita con una piscina central y al lado de un campo de arroz. nos gusto el detalle que te dan agua para beber y muchas toallas para utilizar

Villa tal cual se ve en la fotos

Es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Villa de lujo, bonita y bien equipada. El personal muy atento y amable. Te asignan una persona al entrar (en nuestro caso Feri) que siempre está atento a todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy buena atención. Limpieza diaria.

El acceso desde la carretera principal es malísimo. No puede entrar ningún coche por los socavones que hay. En nuestro caso el personal salió a entrar el equipaje en moto, así que muy bien, pero el acceso es imposible en coche. Además si llueve hay charcos de barro que te impiden casi el paso
