Villa Florentine by BaliSuperHost

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Florintine. The villa was very clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff came once a day to clean the villa, but whenever we needed anything, they responded immediately and were always happy to help. The location is a little open, which makes the daytime views absolutely breathtaking. At night, if you're a small group, it might feel a bit scary at first, but it's actually very safe and peaceful. The kitchen deserves a special mention—it is fully equipped and beautifully organized, just like a home. We cooked all our meals there and had everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is regarding the air conditioning in the living room. We were a group of 10 and spent most of our time in the living area because we cooked our own meals. While cooking, the living room became quite hot, especially on humid days when there wasn't any rain or wind. I understand the open-concept design and the villa's theme, but the heat and sweat were definitely noticeable. A stronger air-conditioning setup in the living area would make the stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Ari, who took excellent care of our group throughout our stay. He was always responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend Villa Florintine to anyone visiting Bali.

Road access to the villa and parking, fortunately the villa next door was empty so we could park there. for 5 cars

Heerlijke ruime villa net buiten Ubud met uitzicht op rijstvelden. Vijf 2-persoons slaapkamers en een ruime leefruimte met keuken, eettafel en zithoek. De kamers zijn in L-vorm gesitueerd om het ruime zwembad, met ligstoelen en parasols in een groene tuin met palmen. Het groen levert veel privacy op. In de rijstvelden zijn soms mensen aan het werk of wordt verderop gevliegerd (nooit storend). Onze host Ari heeft ons gastvrij ontvangen met een verfrissend drankje en was steeds bereikbaar voor verzoeken en assistentie (oa laundry service, vervangen drinkwater fles). Kleine supermarkt (24/7 geopend) op directe loopafstand aan de doorgaande weg. Groente- en fruit-winkel iets verderop in de straat. Met taxi eenvoudig naar Ubud centrum (duur afhankelijk van tijd en drukte 20-50 min).

De foto's zijn van enige tijd geleden: inmiddels zijn de palmbomen en planten behoorlijk gegroeid, waardoor niet veel zon in tuin en zwembad (voor de één een voordeel, voor de ander een nadeel). De parasols zijn kennelijk altijd geopend en kunnen niet makkelijk gesloten worden (mierennest in het sluitingsmechanisme). Ook niet zichtbaar op de foto's: naast het huis is inmiddels een kleine vuilstort. Van het zicht onttrokken door een geplaatste bamboe schutting, maar zeker na regenval wel wat te ruiken helaas. Host Ari gaf aan er niets aan te kunnen doen, omdat het een ander perceel betreft: het vuil dient als landfill om een gebouw te bouwen. Internet is voldoende, maar ondanks meerdere toegangspunten niet echt snel (~6 Mbps). In de opslagruimte van de accommodatie bleef regelmatig hele dagen onnodig het licht aan, te zien onder de deur door. Klein nadeel van de landelijke ligging: bij zwembad en ligstoelen vaak kleine en grote mieren. Regelmatig komen katten 's avonds de tuin in (ook 1x kat uit het huis moeten jagen).

Bardzo ładna willa z pięknym widokiem. Super 4 niezależne sypialnie każda wyposażona tak samo, więć w przypadku pobytu w większą ilość osób wszyscy mają identyczne warunki. Basen odpowiedniego rozmiaru.

Brak zmywarki, brak klimatyzacji w salonie. Materace od leżaków oraz kanapa w salonie wymagają wyprania.
