Очень приятная просторная вилла. Понравились высокие двери, добавляют простора. На кухне всё необходимое и даже больше. Удобный бассейн, зелёная территория. Очень красивая ванная.

Кондиционер в спальне дует прямо на кровать, можно легко простудиться. А спать с выключенным кондиционером тоже не вариант. Мгновенно становится очень душно. С открытой дверью тоже не поспишь - сеток нет. На всей вилле нет ни одного зеркала в полный рост. Только маленькие в ванных и в гостиной одно. Немного портит вид стройка за бассейном. От неё шум м хождение рабочих, которым видна вся территория виллы со стройки.

Villa is erg mooi privé gelegen in het groen. Het zwembad is heerlijk op temperatuur met een prachtig uitzicht op palmbomen en een oase van groen. We hebben eerder een villa via Bali Super Host gehuurd en deze was wederom erg goed maar iets minder luxe vergeleken bij onze vorige. Je hoort weinig tot geen verkeer daar het iets verder van de weg af ligt. Onze host Widdi was erg gastvrij en heeft ons verblijf erg comfortabel gemaakt!

- het heeft wat onderhoud nodig, daar het omgeven is door groen en een riviertje wat last van mieren en muggen. - voor een privé villa zou je decent koffie en thee faciliteiten mogen verwachten, er was enkel een waterkoker.

El aire de la habitación no funcionaba, lo dijimos pero no lo arreglaron

The villa was very big, had nice rooms and a huge kitchen. It was a little secluded but with scooters only 10minutes from Ubud center. The rooms were clean, had AC and the butler helped us get scooters and was super responsive on Whatsapp.

We booked the stay for 5 days at first, and then added 2 days extra. On the first day there was a huge storm and the river beside the villa over flood to our garden and ran into the pool. After that the pool was no use, as the water was incredibly dirty with mud in the bottom and full of dead mosquitos. After 3 days of staying there, we still couldn't use the pool and this really affected our stay. The pool was one of the main reasons why we booked this villa and as it was so dirty from the river water, we had no place to cool off. We left and booked another place to stay and wanted to ask for a refund from the property owner, but the never got back to our messages. Before they were super responsive, but when it came to solving our issues or cancelling the booking, there was no reponse. We understand that the rain isn't their fault, but there was more than enough time to clean and get the pool back to normal during our stay. This made our experience there really unsatisfactory and begs to question if similar issues at the property arrise that they'll act in benefit of their customers.
