Pukakoo Villas Ubud by Supala

We had the entire property (which I didn't realise I had booked) it was fantastic. The pool was brilliant for us, it kept our daughter entertained. We were greeted by Wayan, a super helpful guy who handed over the property to us and explained everything. He also helped with some local knowledge and advise. Property is a really good standard, bed are comfortable. Showers are great! You are a little bit out from the main Ubud area but Grab (local Uber) is very available so no issue. There is a very local shop a couple of mins from the property and about 10 mins walk from the property there is a really nice restaurant or working space if that is your thing

The property is down a lane so getting cars down there can be tricky. Not really an issue more that it is better to meet the taxi at the end of the lane. There is a property being built next door. The noise didn't really affect us and it is almost near completion so a very short term thing.

The Villa was super comfortable, rooms and bedding were luxurious and extremely comfy. The staff were amazing and were helpful whenever we requested assistance. Our gas ran out on the cooker at 8pm at night, within 10 minutes someone was there to exchange. Just be aware the living areas are open and there is no TV. But the Wi-Fi was good and had no issues with connections.

Kitchen could be better equipped, but we did discuss with our hostess and she was very open to ideas.

Chambre propres, draps qui sentent bons, nettoyage journalier. Bonne Wifi, personnel et propriétaire sympathiques

Cuisine mal équipé, très peu d ustensiles de cuisine. Les feux de bois aux alentours (religieux) qui dégagent beaucoup de fumer et de l odeur.

Accomodating staff

Location is not the best, not much around the area. The sofa bed was not actually a sofa bed, it was just a couch with thin cushion.
