The initial room we were given was upstairs with no windows or balcony. We asked for a change of room and this was no problem for them at all and we ended up in a lovely bright downstairs room with a small sitting room and balcony/patio overlooking the beautiful gardens. A great pool and gallery. This is my 4th stay here and I love it. It's a few Kms from the centre of Ubud but away from the noise and hustle.
Breakfast was nice but not much choice.
