Comfortable and chilling

Location is good and cottage area was clean and beautiful. Room service and staffs are polite and nice.

Tranquility personified.

The initial room we were given was upstairs with no windows or balcony. We asked for a change of room and this was no problem for them at all and we ended up in a lovely bright downstairs room with a small sitting room and balcony/patio overlooking the beautiful gardens. A great pool and gallery. This is my 4th stay here and I love it. It's a few Kms from the centre of Ubud but away from the noise and hustle.

Breakfast was nice but not much choice.

Everything about this property was great value Staff were so friendly And very accommodating Cottage was clean and spacious There is a dog there that is just beautiful They have a barber shop and a warung attached to the building Everything you need!

The staff were amazing.

The bedding and towels need updating, some of the towels had stains, and were quite worn. One of our sheets had a hole and were quite worn out. Too many mozzie and ants.

The bathrooms downstairs are not the same as upstairs, and there's no bidet in the upstairs bathroom. No storage for the upstairs bathroom, but I still love the hotel.

Great for a family stay just out of Ubud.

Room was spacious and perfect for our family of 2 adults and a 3yr old. They set up the bed on the floor in our room and we were all very comfortable. Breakfast was a set menu of choices but more than adequate to our needs. Pool was clean and fun for the whole family.

A must stay!

This is a stunningly beautiful, traditional Balinese property in a less crowded area of Ubud. There is a gorgeous pool with loungers for relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The onsite restaurant was really good. The massages at the spa were wonderful. Above all, the staff of this hotel was outstanding! They took care of us like a 5 star resort! Thank you so much for such amazing stay!

Cozy and beautiful stay in UBUD

Beautiful, lush green property has well-preserved artifacts, which give the feel of a Heritage property. The family room was spacious and well lit. All the necessary amenities were provided in the room. The staff was prompt and efficient.

Clean and well-taken care of the rooms, the gardens, the swimming pool and public areas. Superb.

Wonderful

Location is the best thing. In the middle of the market area and still the most calm one from inside.. Amazing garden view room. Restaurant, art gallery, food and facilities are just amazing. Price wise perfect to stay in middle of Ubud. Definitely booking in the next trip.

The garden is amazing, in every corner there are different types of trees, flowers, all around there are beautiful statues. I started every morning at the pool, it is absolutely perfect, you can find shadow at any time of the day. The staff is extremely nice, they are so helpful and they made us feel home. The rooms are very good, we had everything that we needed. Our holiday was perfect at Taman Harum, if anytime I come back to Ubud in my life, I will definately come here:) Thank you for everything Taman Harum Cottages!

Beautiful resort. Lovely and helpful staff.

I can't fault the staff in this resort. I had strained ankle and had to use crutches to walk. The staff offered to trolley me every morning and evening from car park to my room. They were so helpful as well to deliver breakfast to my room every morning. Top mark for hospitality and kindness.

Possibly the resort could invest in purchasing a wheelchair for guests to borrow in the future.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay mosquitoes and all.

The location was quiet because it wasn’t in central Ubud. We didn’t want to walk around the busy, crowded streets so the location suited us. The staff was cordial and responsive. The cottage was spacious and clean. The beautiful surroundings were lush with greenery and decorative in Balinese tradition.

Since the cottage roof was not sealed to the walls and the main bathroom was open to the outside, mosquitoes and other insects were free to get inside. Therefore, it was hard to avoid mosquito bites. We didn’t mind the presence of other insects.

The staff are so friendly and happy. The property with its beautiful gardens are so Bali. Stayed at this place many years ago and it has retained its true Bali feel.

The place is well maintained, it is old but gold. It's lush green pathway and staff is ready to help.. Our AC had a issue they fixed even in late at night.. The swimming pool is just ok.. They have a restaurant near reception by name Thor, they serve english, American, indonesian food.. Food is good and budget friendly.. They have a wood craft gallery done by the owner, don't miss it.. The craftsmanship is superb..
