Villa Harmony by BaliSuperHost

Before arriving, I was a little worried about whether the villa would meet my expectations, but the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed! We were welcomed by Mr. Pande, who is without a doubt one of the most amazing hosts I have ever met. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. No matter the day or the time, everything we needed was arranged and delivered quickly and without any difficulty. I needed to extend my stay, and the whole process was very easy and hassle-free. Communication with Balisupehost was excellent. All messages were answered promptly, and every question I had received a quick and helpful response. The location of the villa is simply fantastic. It is easy to find, and there are restaurants, shops, and local attractions nearby. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms are clean, cozy, and cleaned every day. The swimming pool is wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, I cannot think of a single thing to complain about. Everything was of a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hospitality, kindness, and for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and genuine care from the hosts. I will definitely come back again! I would also like to mention one more thing that made my stay even more special. During my holiday, I celebrated my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decorations prepared by the team together with all of my friends. Every member of the staff took part in this lovely surprise, and it made me feel truly special. Thank you so much for this unforgettable gesture and for making my birthday so memorable! Thank you again for everything! ❤️

NOTHING !

The villa was beautiful, spacious, clean, and even better than we expected. What impressed us most was the service. Our villa manager, Pande, was incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. He always responded quickly, helped us arrange everything we needed, and genuinely made us feel well taken care of. From check-in to our daily requests, everything was handled smoothly. Pande was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, and we are very grateful to him and the whole team.

Honestly, there is very little we would change. We were very satisfied with both the villa and the service. If anything, we simply hope the team can continue maintaining this level of hospitality and attention to detail. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Bali.

What a lovely stay as always at Villa Harmony. Pande and the Team were absolutely the best! We have booked out travel agency guests at this villa for the past 3 years and never looked back! Great food by chef, clean villa always with daily housekeeping and attentive staff. The floating brunch was lovely. Thanks again pande!!
