Great for big family or several couples. 5 Beautiful big clean rooms with ensuite. Lovely pool. Hosts were very accommodating, anything you need they will organise, transport, food, massage at the villa, excursions.
Also they come to fix anything really quickly. You can also have extra things such as a chef that comes to the villa, breakfast made for you
Little things, wear and tear some things falling apart e.g pool lights, one room had a dripping air con.
Property is a little far out you need transport it's not close to walk into town however it's just a few dollars on gojek

We stayed at Villa Sambava Ubud for 2 nights and had a great experience! Our group really enjoyed the stay — the villa is clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed for a relaxing getaway in nature.
A special thanks to our host Karnaya, who was extremely attentive and kept checking in on us to ensure all our needs were met. We really appreciated the care and hospitality!
We had some initial concerns about the possibility of reptiles or insects, especially since Ubud is surrounded by nature and it rained continuously for two days — but to our surprise, we didn’t encounter any. The villa felt very safe and well-maintained throughout our stay.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay in Ubud!

Fabulous pool. Great kitchen, dining, lounge area
The double sliding doors, one needs a lock to stop it sliding if your using just one.
