Great place to recharge and enjoy beautiful nature and professional service!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this place! I stayed there twice last week and both my stays were wonderful! Gorgeous view on the winter lake - I felt like I’m on the moon crater.. tranquility, nice scenery, cosy fireplace, and really nice personnel! Staff from the restaurant and reception are very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Alex from front desk as he helped us a lot with various issues - from lost phone to forgotten cable car ticket! Thank you very much and I’m looking forward to visiting this place again

Fantastic hotel, in a fantastic location.

Breakfast was fantastic with many different options. Dinner was also very good. The staff is super friendly. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Highly recommended.

If there is only one thing I would change, it would be the pillows. For my taste, they were just too soft. Would be great if guest get asked what type of pillows they prefer.

Disappointing

location is beautiful room was spacious and clean

Service quality is rather poor to say the least, it felt like the only staff members that knew how to do their job were housekeeping and waiter Jan from the restaurant Titschli. Food was not enjoyable. Since it is a wellness hotel we expected to rest, but even good night's sleep wasn't possible, since during our whole stay there were cows with bells under our windows and it was possible to hear them even at night with windows closed. We checked with reception and they said that there is nothing they can do about it, and could not provide earplugs. The room was too warm, no AC, opening the window helped, but than it was loud because of the cows and their bells. We really wanted to like this place, since the location is amazing, but we left disappointed. Although the place and the building is great, the service quality does not live up to 4 stars unfortunately.

A stunning, comfortable get away for family with a small child

We were there with our 16 months old and we were super well treated and greeted, there was a big play area with staff and lots of choice for all ages of kids. Restaurants and food was excellent, and the view- no words needed. Just amazing

Breakfast choice was rather small. On Sunday though we were offered the option to order crepes, omelette or eggs Benedict, was rather late in our breakfast, but we ordered omelette and crepe and it was good. Is it an option only Sundays or it was missed on Saturday- not sure.

Great location and very friendly, well-trained staff

The staff were friendly and professional, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. Breakfast was excellent

The room was unbearably hot with duvets designed for winter. The window was opened on request but that only made a marginal difference. It was a pity that the window was quite dirty as the view of the lake was terrific. The food was ok but quite limited and quite expensive.

adore the location, but ….

excellent location, comfortable room with a great view , clean

monotonous menu, families with kids in part of the resort designated for adult guests, long wait for ordered food, not warned of techno festival with music played after midnight in vicinity of the hotel . I am a regular visitor- the service level has decreased vs. 3-4 years ago

Spectacular! We all loved it 😍

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

Beautiful views and location. Food at the restaurants were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were really warm and the beds were very firm. Could open a small window to let cooler air in but rooms stayed on the warmer side.
