After seeing the room we decided to leave and find another hotel.

Standard of this hotel was 1star. The google reviews are a catfish. The rooms are dirty, mouldy and dark. All bathrooms are outdoor with a weird smell. The bed sheets were filthy and smelled horrific. I pulled the pillow case off the pillow and it had black mould spots on it. Terrible room. Once I brought this issue up I was told all rooms and pillows are the same in every room.

Stayed here 10 years ago, hasn't changed much other than the included breakfast is tiny now, use to be a good sized breakfast. Rooms were clean and in good shape. Staff was great and the pool was nice.

Some maintenances items in the bathrooms could be fixed, nothing major. Canggu use to be a great quite spot 10 years ago, now its loud, busy and full of tourist. Too bad all of Bali has gone downhill in recent years, I love Indonesia, but not Bali any longer. Beaches are full of garbage.

The location Gojek & grab can’t go in this area , so have to walk to certain point for pick up & the shower head is too near to the wall, shower handle will auto turning by body during bath.

Everything!!! Such a cute place in the most perfect location, right in the middle of everything with only a 5-10 minute walk to echo beach. Staff were also so so lovely.

Only thing is that the water pressure in our shower wasn’t that good but it really wasn’t a big deal at all and doesn’t change anything about how much I enjoyed my stay at Echoland.

The property is clean, close to Echo beach, does a super breakfast and has exceptional staff.

Maybe a fridge in the room would be good. Also the plug sockets are mainly UK 3 pin types and I travelled with Indonesian plugs!

Great short stay in central canggu

Really great location, easy walking distance to the beach and central canggu spots. Nice breakfast included in the room rate and accommodating staff.

The rooms are small as twin rooms and we initially got put in a ground floor room which had a bad damp smell, dirty floor and we got eaten alive by mosquitoes, but the staff moved us and our room on the second floor was much nicer and cleaner.

The only thing I like was that it’s 5 mins walk from the beach.

Bugs. I’ve been in Bali for a month and this is the only place where I got itching the moment I lay on the bed. We stayed 3 nights and I see lizards in the room. There should be a net behind the AC compressor to avoid that cuz that’s where they were coming from.

Great long stay, super clean and very helpful staff!

I stayed here for 21 days as I was on a training course. So I really only used the hotel to sleep. The room and bathroom were super clean and I received 2 new towels every day - they also came to clean every day and make the bed. The mattress and pillows were super comfy and the AC worked really well. It also is not noisy at all and the staff are super friendly. You also receive 2 bottles of water every day and can buy a big bottle for 10K at reception, which is cheap! There's a pool you can use and the rooftop terras is pretty epic because not a lot of people seem to use it.

I couldn't really open the blinds of the window as everyone can look into the bedroom and the window is really small, so you always have to switch on the light, the room is quite small (but great for the price! and clean, as mentioned above) - but honestly great if you're looking for somewhere to sleep.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the beach, to the local attractions nearby, near to the main food area, shops. The hotel was clean and had all amenities you would need for a stay. Staff were friendly and helpful

The outdoor bathroom was nice - but let a lot of mosquitos into the room, a net would be good for residents to have a protective layer, however it was refreshing to have this feature

I am not happy with my stay in the hotel. I had to cancel one day.

The location was perfect. Close to the beach, markets and restaurants. The receptionist was so helpful with everything we asked for.

The hygiene was terrible. The toilet and shower was outside. The closet needs to be renewed. It looks dirty. There was no soap at the room. The sheets of the bed had dirty spots and little bloodstain. The breakfast was not good enough. The egg had a gross taste.

Come to Bali - stay at Echoland

The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day and fresh towels and sheets were provided every day. The food on the rooftop garden was extremely nice quality for a B&B and the staff were lovely - smiling all the time. The staff appeared to be very honest and we would stay again. Very good value for money.
