It is exactly how you see in the pics I have to compliment this hotel for the cleaning, it was amazing, always very clean and they always renewed our towels and the complimentary and coffee in the room We loved the street and it is 3 minutes by walk pererenan beach, which is super cute to watch sunsets and kites

The room is very dark and very small It doesnt have a restaurant but they order pizza for you Breakfast was a bit poor

Shower wasn’t working and no hot water. Bathroom smelt of gas but it was sorted

From the minute you arrive the staff are so friendly and welcoming, they can’t do enough for you and are always happy. They made our stay so much better! The resort is beautiful, the hut felt luxurious and private. The pool area is also stunning! The breakfast was great and had a nice variety.

The location is perfect - an oasis away from the busy streets with a beautiful pool and area to relax - the staff were at all times friendly and went above and beyond in their roles to ensure guests were looked after - exceptional customer service - the breakfast was also yummy with plenty of it. I loved the accommodation with great aircon, linen & bathroom. I will be back for sure!

The room was good, no bugs and mosquitoes

The breakfast was simple and it was too hot to stay in the restaurant, but with this price it was acceptable, the staff were nice but some of them did not understand English enough

We had the most beautiful stay at Kayu Village. I have to admit, initially I wasn't sure but within the first day I was convinced that it was the perfect place to spend our 50th wedding anniversary. The staff were all exceptional. They were attentive, always smiling and helpful and made us feel so special. It was hard to say goodbye to them all. Can highly recommend. xx

We loved the location in a more quiet area but still really nice restaurants and coffee places in walking distance! The houses where perfect for our little family of 3. The staff is wonderful and made this the perfect start of our three weeks stay in Indonesia.

Loved everything

Everything about this place is perfect, it’s a small oasis in the middle of busy Canggu. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and there are many amazing restaurants and shops around. The breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool area is so peaceful, the architecture, the plants, every little detail inside the cabin is so beautiful and thoughtful. The team members are all so sweet and professional, amazing people that made us feel super welcome! :) We loved our stay here, thank you very much for having us, I would recommend this place a thousand times!!

We truly loved staying at the Kayu Village. The place opened just recently in April 2024, and offers a high standard. When we arrived, the friendly team and fruit plate in our room made us feel immediately welcome. The room is spacious and very clean, the temperature ideal thanks to the AC and the bed comfortable. Our favorite was the open and light bathroom. The plants around the cottages offer lots of privacy. The location was just perfect, near many excellent restaurants and a max. 10-minute walk to the beach. At the same time it was very quiet and we enjoyed just lying at the beautiful pool after an adventurous day. The breakfast was delicious, offering a tasty selection like fruit, croissants, egg etc. We also enjoyed having a coffee at the front porch of our cottage. The place seemed to care about sustainability as they offered coffee from local roasters, there was no plastic used during breakfast and the glass water bottles in our room were refilled daily. The team also have a small garden where they grow fruit and vegetables. What stood out most was the very friendly, professional and accommodating team. They had great recommendations, were up for a chat or share a laughter, and made sure we had everything to make us feel comfortable. They helped us organize a driver to see the surroundings like Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. We will for sure come back here!

There is really nothing we did not like. Only minor remark is that a mosquito net covering the bed would be great. We paid attention to closing the doors properly so we were lucky to not get many mosquitoes inside, but would have appreciated a mosquito net nevertheless. There was mosquito protection spray provided in the room though. We shared this feedback with the team and they're already planning to install them. So likely when you read this review, you will already find a mosquito protection in your room.

L’hôtel est vraiment très joli et charmant, nous étions dans le bungalow n°7. La seconde nuit a été particulièrement désagréable, avec des nuisances sonores jusqu’à 1 h du matin, et le dernier soir encore beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 21 h. Nous pensons que cela vient du grand restaurant à côté.

L’emplacement du Kayu Village est vraiment bon. Dans la ville de Canggu, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage et d’un spot de surf, en retrait au calme dans une rue animée. Le petit déjeuner y est très bon. La chambre est confortable et climatisée. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain dépaysante.

Tesis genel olarak yeterli. Tam olarak Canggu da değil Pererenan bölgesinde. Canggunun asıl merkezı ve Batu Balong plajına yürüyerek 25-30 dk. Civarında. Fakat otele yakın da çok fazla yemek, içecek seçeneği var. Biz otelden çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltıyı dışarda yapmak istedik. Genel olarak temizdi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Tam olarak doğanın içinde güzel bir otel.

Odada ışık biraz yetersizdi.

Einfach fantastisch! Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Aufenthalt wünschen können. Die Lage war traumhaft – ruhig und trotzdem alles in der Nähe. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und das Bad einfach top. Das Frühstück war ein absoluter Genuss: frische Croissants, Butter, Toast, Eier, Müsli, dazu Kaffee und verschiedene Säfte – perfekt für einen tollen Start in den Tag. Das Personal war herzlich und super hilfsbereit, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war herrlich zum Entspannen, und sogar Roller-Parkplätze standen bereit. Vielen, vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein durften!

Tout…et particulièrement la gentillesse et la bienveillance typiquement balinaise de l’ensemble de l’équipe! Ils ont été extraordinaires et se sont pliés en 4 pour notre bien être!!! Alors un grand merci! Cet hôtel est un vrai havre de paix au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante. La piscine est très agréable. Le logement était spacieux avec une tres jolie salle de bain extérieure! La literie était très confortable. L’hôtel est situé à 2 min de l’agitation de la rue (que l’on ne ressent pas du tout quand on est dans l’hôtel), à 10 min à pied de la plage et est entouré de restaurants variés!

Peut-être le manque de lumière dans la chambre et l’escalier très raide pour atteindre la mezzanine.

Aardig personeel ; mooie badkamer

Zwembad vloer was stuk; ongezellige omgeving van zwembad. 1 kamer niet goed schoon. Zand en mieren in bed.

Bungalow très joliment décoré. On ne manque de rien! Belle végétation. Bon petit déjeuner.

Literie un peu dure à mon goût.

Los bungalows son preciosos, la decoración muy bonita y rodeados de plantas tropicales. También está muy tranquilo aunque que este todo a proximidad y la calle principal a 2 min. La piscina muy bonita también. Están ubicados en una calle que tiene unos restaurantes increíbles: Shelter, mostly, Bokashi, Woods y a 10 min andando del famoso club la brisa. La zona de Pererenan nos gusta mucho más que Canggu por su tranquilidad aunque ahora se está construyendo mucho en los alrededores. Los paseos hasta la playa son muy agradables sobre todo al atardecer. Nos encantó participar en una sesión de 2h30 de Sound Healing en Udara-seseh a 30 min andando, una experiencia única y muy recomendable!

De accomodatie was prima, het personeel heel aardig en een prima ontbijt.

De trap naar de eerste verdieping vonden we gevaarlijk en een volwassene kan er bijna niet komen omdat de trapopgang heel krap is. Helaas is Changgu niet wat we ervan verwacht hadden, enorm veel toerisme maar weinig bijzonders te zien. Prijzen torenhoog en het strand was vies.
