Isaiya Boutique Hotel

Great location, lovely clean property with friendly staff. It smelt like incense every day and we loved being greeted by the hotel dogs. The hotel were incredibly helpful in letting us check out late and storing our bags as we had an early morning flight.

Bed could be softer and pillows were a bit too enormous for our taste. But this is only our opinion and others may love those things!

Very peaceful, lovely outside area with with a pool and nice seating. Also activity’s such as canvas’s you can paint on and water colours. Great location

It had everything I needed for my stay. I didn’t feel alone ( as I would have in my own villa ), but I also felt I had so much time on my own where little guests were around. The staff are so sweet & always aim to please. The grounds are well kept, location bang in the middle of the Pererenan high street but far enough back that you don’t hear road noise non stop. A peaceful little home away from home!

It was very tranquil. The room and bathroom are spacious and the decor is well coordinated and soothing. The Balinese gazebo with bamboo seating areas is a highlight for relaxing, and studying / working.

I like somewhat softer mattresses but slept well nonetheless:)

It’s a bit run down, it would need some refreshing of the paint, cleaning of curtains in the rooms. Also the pillows by the pool pagoda have mold on them and the shared kitchen area is a bit dirty and could use a bit of care.

Location is not too bad

Overall bad experience. There is no reception. When I check in, just the cleaning guy gave me the key and he doesn’t speak English. There is no people working at the property except 1 or 2 cleaning guys. I have to check out just after 1 night as the aircon is blowing straight to my head and caught cold. Asking if I can get a refund for rest 2 nights and got very cold answer no. Extremely bad customer service

The location of Isaiya Boutique hotel was excellent! Because it was down a short laneway off the main road , it resulted in a very quiet nights sleep. The staff are all helpful and kind. They keep the grounds and hotel in great condition. I loved the pool and the loungers as well as the welcoming selection of chairs to sit under a covered area. The room and bathroom were clean. The door to my room was initially abit difficult to open and close and my room was abit stuffy but staff worked at resolving both of these concerns. I would definitely book here again!

We loved the location, the furnishings and the ambience of the property. The gardens were peaceful looking over the rice paddies, they could be spectacular if maintained property.We disliked the lack of management and the fact that we could not find the staff. There was never anyone on duty when we returned after dinner we were greeted by barking dogs. We could never find any staff to buy drinks but eventually realised they could be found sleeping/ resting in the back shed. Another day around the pool I saw a staff member disappear behind the palms near the fence and I could hear him on his phone , he rested there for more than an hour only resurfacing with a sickle in his hand when he thought someone was there(no cutting had taken place ) I also saw this behaviour on another day as well. The pool was full of bugs,insects, twigs, leaves etc and I only saw the pool scoped briefly on one day out of 7. The dogs pooed on the lawns and it was not picked up for days. The grass was so long it was difficult to see it.Our toilet would not refill we decided to constantly lift the lid of the cistern so it could refill as the staff had told our neighbour who had the same problem that they couldn’t fix it.There was a definite lack of management, we were given a number to ring if we had a problem which we didn’t bother to do.This could be a beautiful property but the staff were not doing their job properly in maintaining the property when we stayed there.

So unprofessional irresponsible I am still waiting for a refund from them and nothing There was work going on through my stay too noisy i had to leave an book another hotel

One of the most incredible places I've stayed - I am beyond impressed. I loved every aspect!! The spacious rooms, the pool, beautiful outdoor/communal areas, the friendly and helpful staff, how clean and vibrant the place was - always! I spent 20 days here and have already booked my next stay - can't wait! Isaiya is just MAGICAL!

The location was great. Quiet, near some restaurants. The beach was 5 minutes away as a pedestrian. Also the staff was very friendly and tried to help with every matter.

It wasn’t very clean. Mold in the walls, the corners dirty and also the shower and the bathtub. The mosquito net over the bed was also dirty.

Uncomfortable bed, Door to bathroom constantly stuck. Limited amenities. Had to ask for fresh towels and soap for shower. USB ports next to bed did not work.

La chambre est rudimentaire 2 prises électriques seulement et pas une dans la salle d'eau. Pas de place pour ranger ses vêtements et les valises par terre...

Magnifique hôtel très bien situé et très bien entretenu. En plein centre, le calme s’y invite. Les mares de poissons et de tortues apportent un charme au jardin. Beaucoup de goût pour la décoration et l’ambiance de l’hôtel. L’espace chambre/salle de bain était spacieux. Tout à proximité. À 15 min à pied de la plage.

On entend les personnes se déplacer au dessus de nous, mais rien à dire sur l’ensemble du séjour.

Emplacement et calme

Les images ne correspondent pas aux photos. Il n’y avait pas de séparation entre les toilettes et la chambre. Aucune intimité sauf si vous aimez voir et entendre votre partenaire faire ses besoins. Refus de nous donner une autre chambre pour l’intégralité du séjour et refus de remboursement. Nous sommes partis des que nous ne pouvions plus utiliser la chambre de remplacement( un upgrade nous a été initialement demandé pour cette chambre)… établissement à éviter….

Wunderschöner Pool, ruhige Lage in Seitengasse, geräumige Zimmer, Boho Style der ganzen Anlage ist super süss, Pick up Service hat gut funktioniert

Fenster waren defekt und konnten nicht mehr richtig geschlossen werden. Das ist für ein Zimmer im EG nicht sehr von Vorteil. Check in könnte verbessert werden (kaum Infos erhalten), Personal spricht schlecht Englisch
