Such a great location! Close to everything and still quiet, the staff were the most friendly and helpful people. Rooms were excellent, highly recommended! I’ll definitely stay here again.

Very quickly, I no longer felt like just a guest—I felt like I was coming home. Every member of the team always had a smile, a kind word, and a sincere desire to make my stay unforgettable. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare, and it is what makes this place truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. But what makes it so special is the people. I found much more than a lovely place to stay—I found serenity, comfort, and that precious feeling of being exactly where I was meant to be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team for your kindness, generosity, and authenticity. You turned this trip into a memory I will cherish forever. Leaving The Palms was far more difficult than I ever imagined, but one thing is certain: I will be back.

Het is er schoon, goed onderhouden hotel, fijn zwembad, fijne locatie, vriendelijk personeel en heel lekker ontbijt

Het enige minpunt was de hoge prijzen die ze vroegen voor extra services zoals in ons geval het wassen van kleding of het regelen van een busje met een bestuurder voor een dagtrip (9 miljoen terwijl we elders 1,6 miljoen idr betaalden).
