Beautiful place, but construction work next door

Breakfast was delicious and beautiful, hotel and pool overall looks great and staff was outstanding.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the location, staff or hotel itself, but would we have known there's loud construction work right next to the hotel, we wouldn't have stayed here. It started from seven in the morning, a horrible way to wake up, especially with a jetlag coming from the Netherlands (18 hours of traveling). An advanced warning from the hotel or Booking would've been in place, we were happy it was only two nights for us.

Decent but not what we expected

Good pool, good food, nice rooms.

There is no disclosure that this hotel is also a hostel. We were woken every night by people partying and jumping in the pool right outside our door at all hours. Fine if you want to party, but our experience was not what was advertised and what we wanted.

The location is insane, food was incredible, pool club is beautiful, staff were so so lovely.

Lots of mozzies in room so bring repellent , also lots of construction right next to the pool!

Slide was not working during our stay which was disappointing. The music can be a little loud because it is a beach club open to the public, but it’s good vibes if you are young or wanting a social hostel / hotel

Instagram worthy looking property but if you want a good bed and a decent shower look elsewhere.

The property is very Instagram worthy. We enjoyed the included breakfast - acai bowls and a range of cooked meals including eggs benedict etc... The pool and two spas are so nice too, however only if you manage to get a bed or bean bag - read more below.

The pool is open to the public, so for as little as $10 AUD - anyone can use the pool which means you may fight for a spot around the pool even though you are staying at the accommodation. There is also a hostel within the property which is not stated on booking.com. We were woken at 2.30am to a group of very young high pitched females - who we asked nicely to quieten down to be told "it's bali, get over it" - The accommodation website clearly states the pool hours are 7am -10pm. The beds are far from comfortable - there basically the cheapest mattress you could buy and the pillows were pointless. The showerhead in our room went between spitting at us and trickling down the wall, not easy when trying to wash your hair. Our air conditioner didn't work the first night - only to find out, the remote needed a new battery. Our television did not work either. The rooms are quite small and pokey and I would highly recommend not paying extra to get a ground floor pool entry room as everyone can see into your room - no privacy at all.

Incredible place with everything you could ever want and more. I booked this last minute and it completely blew us away. The breakfast in itself was cafe standard and the place was like a beautiful day club! Great food by the pool and pool bar. Gym and waterslide. So many day beds and the most beautiful rooms. Definitely coming back

LOVED our stay here. everything was amazing! the pool was clean and a nice vibe, the included breaky was delish, the staff were so nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfy. Great location close to everything you need and the beach. I read some reviews about the noise from construction before staying here and was a little nervous but we barely heard it and it didn’t seem like it was going on very often so was not a problem at all. would definitely stay again!

walls were a bit thin the guy next to us the first couple nights came home really late yelling on his phone but we knocked on the wall and he stopped 😅😅 wasn’t that big of deal

Fantastic accommodation, friendly and helpful staff. Clean pool and facilities, great activities each day. Delicious complementary breakfast and great menu throughout the day. Cocktails by the pool was a hit! Good vibes all round.

The only thing we could complain about (if we had to) was the bed could have been a little more comfortable, but the linen and towels are lovely and soft.

Not worth the money!

The staff were helpful. Nice pool

The room was small and located directly out to the pool, where a lot of people were, so people could literally look directly in to the room, so we needed to have the curtains drawn the whole time. The towels had stains, it was nasty. The food was not really good.

Fabulous location, beautiful room decor. Simple but clean and modern. Staff were very accommodating and offered an early breakfast for me as I needed to leave before the 7am standard starting time.

Excellent central location, nice facilities and pool.

Breakfast starts late (7am), so if you have planned to go on a tour that often starts earlier, you don't have the opportunity to eat. Maybe should introduce the breakfast box, like other hotels.

Not good for relaxing!

Very pretty style if you like instagram/aesthetic posting. Food and drinks were lovely. We were meant to stay for 17 nights however only stayed for one as weren’t pleased with the hotel when we turned up, and the staff were very polite and understanding about this and our reasons

Right on top of a huge building site the whole way around the building (the whole of the rice fields in the photos and behind the building) which is extremely loud all day long when trying to sunbathe, use the pool or when in the bedrooms as they are all adjacent to the building site and it’s all you can hear. Bedrooms weren’t clean, under the bed was filthy, air con was very poor, room full of small black bugs (insect killer was in the room to be able to use) and outdoor shower/toilet are over looked by another building site behind the hotel, so the workers can see you in the shower and on the loo!
