Spaciousness, very comfortable bed, tucked away from the noise, great showers and clean. Overall a beautiful villa to stay in.

Our stay at The Prime Canggu was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, modern, and in a fantastic location, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service we received. A special thanks to the two amazing receptionists, Rai and Elza. They went above and beyond every single day to make sure our family had everything we needed. They were always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, greeting us with big smiles and making our kids feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Whether it was answering questions, helping with recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, they consistently provided service that exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care are a real credit to the hotel. We travel regularly, and exceptional customer service is something that stays with you long after your holiday is over. Rai and Elza are two of the best hotel staff we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for making our Bali holiday so special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at The Prime Canggu again and will happily recommend it to family and friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location, good staff

Everything was good

The bedroom door locks didn't work, the toiletries were not filled up properly and in fact diluted with water. Cumbersome to use keys to lock the villa and bedroom doors. Will be great if water dispenser is available on second floor.
