I would not stay here again unless I could stay in a bungalow.

The location is good. Close to everything, the only complaint about the location is that the cars cannot drive down the alley, so you have to drag your luggage through gravel. Which is difficult as its heavy.

There was so much noise at night from the tenants to the cleaning crew at one point I was awoken by the sound of maybe a trash can being thrown? The shower shot water over the shower wall and sprayed water everywhere. Be cautious of how cute it looks online. Those are the nice rooms, when I bought it said last one. My room was UNDER the cute bungalows, in an area that is maybe a dorm? There are rooms with private bathrooms (mine) other rooms may not have bathrooms because there are toilets in the hallway. There is also a slight smell in the room, probably mildew. The staff was very attentive and helpful actually. Providing me a towel to clean up the excessive water from the shower and they also helped me when the fridge and kettle were not working ( the plugs needed to be removed and plugged in again).

It got a bit hot upstairs and the shower could do with updating. Also a massive construction site next door which you could hear sometimes when by the pool.

The room was incredibly hot. There is aircon and fan but they don’t do much. In the evening it cools down with the weather so sleeping wasn’t an issue, but in the day time the heat was crazy hot

All in all, great location and reasonably priced for the amenities provided. Amazing Swimming Pool!

Fabulous pool, great location, only a few short minutes walk to the beach and close to all the shopping centres and amenities. Clean amenities and comfortable bed.

Only downside, the cheaper rooms are in a different part of the complex and don’t have a window in the bedroom so feel a bit like a dungeon so just be careful you check what you’re actually booking

Don’t let the fancy picture or the room fool you: -Floors were dirty, walking barefoot my feet got black from dirt -Bad shower -Too warm/thick blankets for Bali weather -Very poor soundproofing in the room - heard everything from the pool area and other rooms -Room being in two floors it was quite inconvenient; need to go up and down all the time

If I had one thing to say, it was not an issue for me, but the stairs to the bed upstairs in the bungalow were extremely steep. Can be a bit dodgy when drunk. Or maybe someone very old might find them dangerous.

Good for Holiday but not Remote Work

Location is great if you want to be close to the beach and the vibe. Daily cleaning (although not the most thorough some days). Not noisy at all. Two aircons provided and needed. Staff helped with any queries like bike rental (but grab can get you anywhere from here). Bed was comfortable. Plenty of plugs. Great space and closet. Shower pressure and hot water was never a problem. Replacement water and coffee each day. Also drinking water available in shared kitchen

Impossible to work from here. Internet was slow and dropped off often. I spent most of my time working from BWork. During rain the water was coming down the side of the walls (didn't bother me too much). The cleaning (although they came in every day) was subpar. Would take cleaning twice a week if they did a proper job.

Andi Beach House was in a great location: 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of nice shops and restaurants nearby right outside the entrance of the Beach House. The pool was very nice as well.

I felt the room I stayed in did not meet my expectations based on the photos from Booking.com. What was pictured were luxurious cabin rooms around the perimeter of the beautiful swimming pool...what I got was a musty-smelling windowless room downstairs below the cabins. Perhaps that's on me for not reading carefully about my room selection but that would be my only word of caution to other guests: not all the rooms look like the pictures!

Lovely place in Canggu

I stayed in a house and it was very nice. I loved the look of it and that it was right next to the pool. It’s very central and close to nice shops, the beach and restaurants. The personell is very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, but the shower was not working properly. However, the personell was very helpful, and when I let them know, they fixed it right away. The pool was nice, but there was loose tiles in the pool, which was a bit uncomfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, the music from the night club nearby could cause a problem, however I only experienced this during the weekend and it was quiet after 11pm.

Great bed, great location, friendly staff

Location is amazing, staff is very friendly, i was in the room in the basement, bed was comfortable, everyday change of linnen, water is served, you can make hot tea and a little fridge. All in all perfect and budget friendly!

When I arrived the bathroom was still a bit dirty and had hair from previous guests on the wall. But the rest of the stay they cleaned my room every day.

Kickin’ around Canggu!

Great location just off the main street. Handy shared kitchen with free filtered water. Plenty of food options around and marts for supplies. Beach is a 5 minute walk. All staff are lovely and accommodating.

Lots of traffic noise especially at night. Even though the lumbung rooms look cool, they have poor insulation so get very hot upstairs and aircon struggles. Internal stairs are like a steep ladder so only good for abled people. No bathroom upstairs which isn’t good for those night time needs. Downstairs has uncomfortable lounge furniture. Shower doesn’t drain properly. Pool is very deep so nowhere to stand unless on steps or holding on to edge.

Recommend! Very cleangood area and staff lovely. Was poorly and was sick was over my bed in the middle of the night and staff were so helpful and friendly! Only thing is the bathroom had a very bad smell the whole time during my stay.

Great location and decent accommodation if you’re not in the basement.

Great location within 5 minutes from the beach and decent price with friendly staff - be careful when booking as it wasn’t obvious I wasn’t booking one of nice looking pool side bungalows. If you have a lot of heavy luggage please note that the road leading from the main road to the hotel cannot be accessed by car.

Didn’t realise I had booked a basement room which had no windows or any source of daylight, and smelled quite damp as a result - but it was clean and roomy. There is no space by the pool other than 4 loungers for the whole complex, unless you are sitting or uncomfortably lying on the small stone edge surrounding the pool.

Unfortunately, the manager cheated me right away. I ordered a wooden bungalow directly, but for the same price they told me on the spot that they meant the basement room all along. They wanted to give me a basement room directly for the price of a wooden bungalow on Booking. Because we arrived at 8 in the evening, we had to sleep in the basement one night and the next night he ordered a Bungalow through Booking, because they directly wanted 1.5 times the price. Basement room - except for the pull-out bed, everything is bad, humidity, smell, and no windows For accommodation: bad internet (it didn't work at all upstairs), only 2 sunbeds and 4 fatboys for a few dozen rooms. You can hear everything through the thin wooden walls

Spacious cabins and long swimming pool

Very spacious cabins, good to have a fridge and separate seating area to the sleeping space. Nice long pool and very sociable outside space, easy to meet other travellers. Close to the beach and all shops and restaurants. Small kitchen but has drinking water to refill your bottles. The staff were super friendly and helped us with our bags

The rooms can get quite hot because of the wooden design, but there is air conditioning

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to access in the busy streets of canggu and away from all the loud night life when it’s time to rest.

Nice pool for the price, free water fill station and food preparation area. Staff are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you.

DO NOT STAY IN THE LOWER LEVEL ROOMS. We walked in one day to find a massive cockroach crawling on our bed, I mean huge. After the staff removed it we then walked into the bathroom to find another one on the bathroom ceiling. Once staff removed this they left the bug spray with us. That night when my partner was on the toilet, another one was on the bathroom door which I had to get rid of myself. The only place I could find that they could come from is a gap in the light fixture in the ceiling that didn’t work anyway. I can only come to the conclusion that they are being over-run by cockroaches in the ceilings. As you can probably guess, me and my partner didn’t have the best sleep that night.

Never come back

The pool was nice and i liked the shower. They had coffee and tea in the room

I didn’t like the way i was treated by the lady in the reception during the checkout. There was some ink left in the pillow and bed and they asked me to pay for that even tho the bed sheets were dirty with other things since i checked in.dont get me wrong, I didn’t mind paying but i hated the manners. They asked me to pay around 600/700.000 for the cleaning even tho the room cost was 400.000. Afterwards, the lady said with ironic tone because it’s you I’m gonna make you a discount and you only need to pay 300.000. They asked me to pay in cash and when i said I don’t have cash the lady literally rolled her eyes and started calling the guy in the room. They asked me to transfer the money and when i said no then they finally allowed me to pay in card.they made me wait around 30/40 mins for all that even tho i told them i have to leave for the airport. The room on top didn’t have any windows. To be honest i stayed in multiple places around canggu and for less money you can find way better options with much better facilities.

Great location, too warm and unclean

The location is perfect. There are bikes that you can rent directly from the villa.

It wasn’t clean, there was a toenail on the floor from previous guests, my pillow had lizard poop on it right after the room had been cleaned (not their fault). We had a duplex room and the bedroom aircon doesn’t work great, if we wanted a nap on the middle of the day it was impossible as it was like a sauna. They did provide us with a fan though after we asked for one so that helped. The stairs are sooo steep and the toilet is downstairs so just be aware of that too. The living area downstairs is a cute idea and I like that, but the chairs provided are so uncomfy you wouldn’t be able to chill out down there to get away from the heat upstairs for long. I read some reviews about cars not being able to drive down to the entrance and the path being all stones, so we were prepared for that when we arrived. I can see how some people might struggle with suitcases on that if not prepared. Overall it was ok! If you’re travelling on a budget it’s a great location for a decent price. The aircon situation and toenail just didn’t make it the best stay for us.

Great staff and service, definitely 3 star accommodation

The staff were amazing and helpful there was a pool and beautiful rooms upstairs and so close to the beach and shops such a great location

The driveway was long and had no access via car, my room was downstairs the rooms are ok, but I like open spaces. If you’re the same, book the top rooms only as it can feel enclosed. Staff did try cater to upgrade me but they were fully booked out and the room was non refundable and pay prior to arrival.

Stayed in one of the lumbugs. Very spacious, clean and the most comfortable bed. Perfect location, walking distance from all the good spots yet quiet and peaceful. Staff always friendly and helpful 🙂 will stay again

Make sure you stay up top

Stay up top in the nice Villas you can see in these pics. There are about 12 rooms underneath the pool and they have zero natural light. It's a bunker. No windows. Feels very claustrophobic. But it's close to all the Canggu action.. and the beaches

That my room was like an underground prison cell.
