Choosing to stay at this hotel, it was a great decision.

I loved the hotel staff. Special mention goes to the reception staff for their great professionalism and hard work, particularly the employee I took a picture with on my last day. She was a wonderful person and a true professional. I apologize for not remembering her name, but she'll know who I mean. Your company is very lucky to have people like her. Everyone was fantastic.

Brilliant location and great pool

Pool literally outside your door. Location was great everything close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and very chilled dining area. Spent ages in the pool and often ate meals and snacks there. Great for socialing with the other guests there.

Hardly any storage in room so we didn't unpack our cases. Soon got used to it though and was easy when packing to leave! Room service was great for anything you needed but just a little slow.

One of the most comfortable bed, i almost skip my planned itinerary due too much sleep. Great location near to shops and restaurants but to go beach better take gojek/grab.

Didn’t manage to swim in the pool due to the water make my feet itchy after 5 minutes soak. The hair dryer didn’t function so well. Require checking prior check out then only can leave the hotel after cleared.

I Loved my room with the first floor pool entrance sliding door ! I Loved the Rooftop Cafe for Breakfast with a wide variety of tasty foods ! The close location to other shops and restaurants were convenient. The Beach, Surf and lounge rentals. Also, there were many Beach Cafes and Beach Clubs within walking distance, with Great Sunsets ! Also, The Staff was Excellent ! Very Attentive and Positive, Kind and Caring ! Great WiFi & Flatscreen 🙏🏼🏝️❤️

For a lovely day at a reasonable price free echo Beach provided us as a family the best holiday experience. We could possibly imagine where the facilities lacked in Sam avenues in comparison to resorts and more expensive accommodation. The people in the hospitality of all the staff were overly friendly and most welcoming they went to the upmost to make you feel comfortable in your stay and have a lovely time. I would totally and absolutely suggest that you think of echo Beach free next time that you are booking as the staff are absolutely amazing they will help you in anyway and the facilities are acceptable and accommodating

The hot hot water wasn’t that hot. That’s the only thing I can really say but I absolutely love hot bath too so maybe I am a little bit hard to please.

- staff all very friendly and helpful - good value for money - clean and housekeeping came round every day - central location - comfy beds - gave me an extra pillow when asked - we were able to get 2 keys for our room - calm and quiet in the room, no disturbances

- room very small - no furniture to sit on the balcony - cafe not very appealing downstairs - no wardrobe in the room to hang clothes

Perfect budget friendly hotel, great location

We had a wonderful stay at Frii Bali Echo Beach – a great budget-friendly hotel with the perfect location in Canggu. As a hotel front desk supervisor myself back in Norway, I truly appreciate good service – and I have to say, we’ve never met a hotel crew as genuinely kind and welcoming as the team here. A special shout-out to Dean – thank you for making our stay extra special! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having direct access to the walk-in pool felt like pure luxury. Food and drinks at the hotel were also great. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Canggu, and we would love to come back again!

We were overall very happy with our stay, and these are just small points for improvement rather than real complaints. We didn’t have hot water in the shower during our stay, and there were quite a few insects in the room, especially in the bathroom. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but something to be aware of. Also, since our room was just a couple of meters from the pool, we noticed that the pool hours weren’t always respected by other guests. Some were swimming and making noise very late at night or very early in the morning, and the sound insulation isn’t the best – but it was still manageable for us. These were minor things, and they didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. We truly enjoyed our time at Frii and would still love to come back!

Super b!

Rooftop restaurant are the best. The breakfast also yum and have a lot of variation. They even display the traditional signature called "Sate Lilith". The taste are super good! you guys should try it. Next thing, they have a good sunset around 6.30 pm. just go upstairs and enjoy their cocktails.

Small, cozy and comfortable place to relax and unwind!

the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the well-known busy Canggu! And its a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Its also close to minimarts, authorized currency exchange, hip cafes and restaurants, and surfer dudes/dudettes! Oh and also, there’s a pool access from our doorstep!

the shower area in the room has a strong pungent smell when i take a shower. it doesn’t bother me that much, but maybe this is something that can be improved in the future for other guests.
