Super ideal location and value for money - get what you pay for.

Super ideal location everything is on your doorstep. The pool was lovely and the room was spacious !

We stayed in the deluxe room so we had sliding doors - this became quite noisy when the wind hit into them. Water pressure on the shower quite weak. The structure of the bathroom ceiling was odd - a cat managed to work its way into it😂but staff were super accommodating and resolved the cat issue😂lovely staff!

Excellent Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this place The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable the bed was cozy and I had a great night sleep The staff were extremely friendly and helpful They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and made us feel very welcome Location is also perfect close to many restaurants and 5 5 minutes to the beach by walking Overall I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my stay I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Canggu area and would love to come back again in the future

We enjoyed the stay despite all small things.

Location is perfect, variety of restaurants just a minute to walk. Whole compound is nice, pool is pleasant and staff is helpful and responsive.

Nearby street is busy and very noisy with motorcycles running till the late night. The room (double standard) was quite dated, lacking simple furniture and simply did not match the photos. Balcony was also useless as it was facing a solid wall just 1 metre away.

Disappointed in their customer service and lack of communication

The location was good.

Really unhappy with our experience. I tried to change our dates a few times because the accommodation wasn’t up to scratch. I had asked for a refund for the days we’d weren’t going to be there anymore and I just got ignored. The staff had no idea what was going on at the reception and no response on the platform. The place was very underwhelming , smelt terrible around the communal areas , bedroom lights didn’t work , towels given stunk. Was not a good value for money considering I it was not cheap.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is just perfect and the room was spacious. The pool is really pretty and looks even better than in the pictures. Definitely worth the price

We just had a problem with the payment, cause we chose the option to pay at the hotel, but later we decided to do it earlier and pay by booking. Because of that the stuff thought that we didn’t pay and they didn’t really understand how it is already paid when we were supposed to pay at the hotel.

Great room

Great location, right across from penny lane. The laundry service was also fantastic. We arrived later than expected, about midnight but there were no issues and the staff helped us with our bags as we were located on level two and there was no elevator which was really helpful. Very spacious room which was also great.

The location was really good and the staff were nice.

The pictures on booking.com are really old, as was admitted by one of the staff. The edges of the room were all dirty, with dust and hair. The sink was dirty and the bin was really old and grimey. Plug socket hanging out of the wall and there was no lamp in the room, despite the pictures on the app.

Location was good and central, very walkable to the beach and getting around was comfortable and easy access.

Wifi was horrible. Literally non-existent so if you’re a digital nomad don’t bother if you need good wifi to work at home. Noise isolation from rooms are also bad, so if you got some bad neighbours, which I did from one of the nights that were talking so loudly, the entire villa could hear and the staff didn’t bother to tell them to quieten down and I had really poor sleep. Facilities were also badly maintained, old and rusty furniture and lack of space to hang clothes in toilet cause it was so cramped. Heating also took about 1-2mins when showering but pressure was good, so if you’re ok with cold showers this will be a good fit. When it comes to villa staff, service was poor as I had some request to change rooms for the lower floor (I didn’t get that on the first day cause the villa was fully booked) they didn’t make effort to update me on the status and I got something that I didn’t want (so check carefully with the villa before booking cause there’ll be extra charges) TLDR - I didn’t feel as homely compared to most home stays I’ve lived in canggu as many things were just on an extra charge basis or bare minimum; room service is only once ever 3 days and I didn’t bother the staff cause at this point I was really done with the accommodation already. Staff also asked me to check out on the wrong date, one day earlier from my original booking date cause they didn’t check properly or there wasn’t any update in the system so I would say service is really poor at this villa and the host doesn’t bother to maintain it much.

Unfortunately, the room didn’t match the photos shown on Booking.com—those images are very outdated. I actually checked the listing again after arriving, thinking I’d missed something. I hadn’t. The bathroom was mouldy, with rust on the taps, and the overall condition felt worse than any other guesthouse I’ve stayed at in Bali. There were stains on the walls, and the bed was uncomfortable—it just felt unclean overall. You could select which days you wanted the room cleaned, and when requested, it was done well. However, even with that, the actual condition of the room still felt dirty and poorly maintained. No blame to the staff. The owners really need to make some improvements or at the very least update the listing with current, accurate photos. It’s very misleading as it stands. That said, the location was excellent and the staff were genuinely lovely. I didn’t raise the issues during my stay as I noticed other reviews mentioned that concerns aren’t typically addressed.
