Ontzettend lief personeel die elke dag de kamer hebben schoongemaakt met schone handoeken, gratis flesje water etc.

De stank uit de badkamer was echt heel erg en de badkamer was niet hygiënisch ondanks het wel werd schoongemaakt. Veel schimmel in de douche.

L'endroit est tout simplement génial. Très propre, spacieux, confortable et flambant neuf! Le personnel est au petits soins. Vraiment un plaisir de séjourner ici. Comme à la maison. Il y a par contre énormément de bruit les mercredi, vendredi et samedi soir en raison des soirées dans les deux restau adjacents jusque 1h du matin.

The location was close to the beach and everything is around the stay. Staff were nice.

First room we had was an absolute disaster. Toilet leaked everything on the floor when flushed. The smell of toilet was terrible all day. Water smelled like sewage. Shady unlabeled hand soap. Stains on the counter. We asked the staff to fix the toilet issue, they told us it was fixed, when we used the toilet again, same problem happened and when I complained once again, they told me engineer will come tomorrow to check the issue. That’s when I told them this is not my problem and I want to change my room. Second room bathroom smell was even worse. We couldn’t withstand the smell and we were looking forward to leave ASAP. I don’t understand the high score the hotel has but it is the location and the staff.
