Perfect location for beaches bars etc, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing

The nightclub next door :( it was ok when they didn’t have events on but on a Friday, Saturday and Tuesday they held events that fished at 2am , the music was very very loud Also the pool area is in desperate need of updating. The decking is all loose with screws sticking out, in places unsafe to walk over : ( Tiles also loose, missing in the pool

Great staff and service overall. Good location

This was the 3rd time I’d stayed at your hotel and I was underwhelmed at a few things. Breakfast was disappointing, juices were all watered down, no barista onsite to make fresh coffee, no pineapple. Wooden Deck surrounding the pool area was rotten and broken in many places. Needs to pulled up and replaced with fresh deck, my sun lounger fell through some of the rotting deck and I was lucky not to hurt myself. Also tiles on the bottom of the swimming pool were coming away and leaving sharp areas on floor that can cut feet. Pool need to be drained and tiles fixed. I don’t think I’ll be staying again unless the above issues are addressed as they really impact the experience my family had at the hotel.

Overall, I had a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the location was very convenient. Everything was generally comfortable and enjoyable.

Breakfast felt a bit rushed. We arrived late and were told it was okay to eat by a girl staff, but it didn’t feel relaxed. However, one male staff member was very kind and helpful, offering more food and water, which I really appreciated. I wished if I know his name but seriously thanks bro 🙏🏼. My room was on the top floor, and there is a nearby nightclub, so the noise was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. However, I really appreciated that the hotel contacted me immediately after booking to inform me about this in advance that honesty was great, I’m not complaining I am actually thankful for The Noise Notice (Appreciated Transparency of The Hotel).

Located near the beach and accessible to many cafes, restaurants and marts. Its so convenient to explore around jus by walking. So many improvements since i came here when they first opened. Despite the club next door, our stay had been a cosy one. Room and hotel are always kept clean n well maintained.

Very comfortable and modern rooms with great beds, wifi and space. The pool area is great and the proximity to the beech, restaurants, shops and spas is perfect.

There is a club next door that on Tuesdays and Fridays plays VERY loud music, the hotel did inform about this nothing they can do about it. Earbuds and also entrance to the club (if you like to go there) are offered so we were fine.

I only ever rate 10/10, so interpret how you like. Nice staff, nice pool. Staff put up a volleyball net and one day had a foam party which was unique. Rooms are nice and spacious. Has an outdoor ice bath and indoor gym which is cool and unique. Buffet breakfast was one of the best ones in the Canggu area. Location is close to the beach, cafes, bars etc.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to shops, beautiful cafes, high quality restaurants, spas and Love Anchor, the local market. Staff are accommodating and efficient. One of their trainees could not really comprehend English if you did not speak slowly and in simple words.

I received an email after the reservation was confirmed, to inform me that every Tuesdays and Fridays, the night club next door hosts a regular outdoor party with live DJ music up till 2am. I felt that his could have been informed to people before they confirm their reservation because it is important to be transparent. Instead of letting people make a reservation which is often times non-refundable, and then sending them a message to inform them.

Great place right in the center of Canggu

Location is superb! Lots of eateries, marts, cafe, pubs, bars everything you name it you have it. All within walking distance. Room is comfy and we had pleasant sleep.

Resort could do with some general maintenance, particularly the decking around the pool (very loose, even boards that had deteriorated and weren’t screwed down at all. Now the neighbour venue is there with their very loud music, some additional glazing/sound proofing might be an idea

Excellent facilities, the food was great, and a very central location, making it easy to walk everywhere. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is fantastic.

The nightclub next door can be noisy - the hotel is very upfront about this though, and it’s only for two nights a week.

Rooms are spacious, nice sunset view, room service food was great (ordered lots of fruit platters and it was always nice and fresh, also tried their mi goreng and soto ayam - was both great) , laundry service was super fast Location is great (except if the new desa kitsune next door) , lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, couple min to the beach, i recommend an early morning walk to Perenenan along the beach! You can do a lot in walking distance to avoid the crazy traffic in canggu. and they were so kind and give us late check out for 2pm so we were able to get ready before we were picked up for the airport.

Night club next door (Desa Kitsune) ruined Eastin Ashta for us. There is unfortunately nothing Eastin can do to rectify this. I used to come here since years, the first time now since Desa Kitsune opened. Eastin warns, informs, and givs earplug, however the noise is so insanely loud that it will ruin your night sleep and accordingly your following day as well. You will be a sleep-deprived Zombis as the partygoers - despite not wanting to party. We stayed 6 nights and had 3 sleepless nights as they add also events to their regular 2 events per weeks. Canggu needs to put a stop to this. Other than this we had a couple of ups and downs with the staff (not helping with luggage upon arrival and not informing when your grab order arrived) however they apologized and its fine. Facilities: pool are is nice but unfortunately worn out, when you are inside the pool, you keep on stepping on sharp broken tiles, can be painful. Gym is also very old and not really useful but we made the beat out of it.
