The lift was broken during our stay so the entire time we accessed our room via outdoor stairs around the back. The bathroom had a lot of mould in it. Wasn’t very clean.

The villa 402 was very comfortable and clean the bed was very squeaky the location was a little difficult to find and if you are walking there is not much around you have to walk down a scooter lane way which was very busy but ok. The food was delicious a great place to relax

Friendly Staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager gave us a voucher for a meal or spa because of the issues we had. Was very kind.

The rooms need to be freshened up, and bathrooms need to be updated. The toilet didn’t work properly, and shower glass was not nice and didn't have water in the bathroom at night, so the toilet couldn't flush & we couldn't use water.

Location is fabulous, close to everything but still tucked away so it's not noisy. Good breakfast and very spacious room. The staff is super nice

Unfortunately we had a little hiccup on the last day... We WhatsApped the property and asked them to kindly book us a taxi for the ride back to the airport, which they did and replied very quickly. However, we found a cheaper ride and messaged the property again only an hour later (and still two hours before the taxi booking time) to cancel and they never checked their messages again, we also tried calling through Whatsapp to no response so the taxi was not cancelled and we ended with two rides. They asked us to pay cancellation fee, to which we said no because we gave them enough time to cancel the ride, and was told they were too busy so they couldn't check their messages. We don't feel this is an acceptable response as we gave more than enough time to cancel, and it is the reception's job to check messages. However the hotel payed the driver the cancellation fee, so we think it has been taken care of.

It was very dirty, rooms had a damp smell, fungus growing from ceiling in bathrooms, rust on bath, pool water looked dirty, kitchen area dirty. Had to book different accomodation as didnt feel comfortable.

Quiet area, room clean and tidy. Staff lovely and helpful . Breakfast was ok.

The pool at the time of our stay didn't seem clean enough. Toilet in our room had trouble flushing. The shower head only dribbled water and while there was hot water it was either screaming hot or Luke warm, couldn't find an in between temperature. There was also a continuous buzzing noise that came from a water pump outside our room.

Looks pretty but wouldn’t stay again

The villa was lovely, breakfast was nice, beds were comfy, bathroom was great.

The location wasn’t great, you can’t walk safely across to the centre of Canggu due to the bikes all using the one cut through to get around so we had to get a 20 min grab for our family which went all the way round the outside and in again due to the lack of bridges over the river, instead of a 20 min walk which we wouldn’t have minded. Kitchen was very dated and had pretty much no equipment if you did want to cook there so it was fairly pointless.

Bali Dream Villas were a Dream

Our 1 bed villa with private pool was exceptional value for money. Villa was cleaned daily and drinking water provided daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. A full buffet breakfast was included daily in the price which I thought was great value. Quiet area and only about a 5 - 10 minute walk to Echo Beach and surrounding bars, restaurants and markets. Pool was crystal clear and the whole villa space had a beautiful Bali vibe.

My only issue was with the shower water pressure and temperature as it kept going very hot and cold with high and low pressure.

A really enjoyable stay!

The staff are so nice and accommodating. The villas are really beautiful. The buffet breakfast is really nice and runs till 11am! You won’t miss it if you have a late night! I went to the spa that’s here and the balinese massage was incredible. Super close to everything, 7minutes max from the beach, heaps of parking available as well. Honestly really worth staying here, i’ve extended my stay twice 🫶

Almost perfect except for the kitchen sink and bedsheet.

With own private swimming pool. Excellent and fresh food in the restaurant. Staff at the restaurant were very professional and helpful. We love the food tray on the swimming pool. So awesome and gorgeous.

The kitchen sink was not 100% clean. There were limited plates, glass, mugs, spoon and fork. The bedsheet when we arrived ( 10 pm evening ) had a stain of soil and stain from insects. We arrived late at night so we did not call the receptionist to change the bedsheet and we were so tired , we just would like to sleep and hoping next day. The bedsheet will be more better and 100% clean.

Clean and convenient

The staff were super friendly and welcoming even when my booking wasn’t showing up, but they made quick work of it and got me sorted in a room. The location was super convenient and I don’t have a bad word to say about my stay. I didn’t stick around the hotel much as I had a very busy schedule but a perfectly clean comfy bed to come back to was great. Also my little kitten friend that visited me at breakfast each morning made it😍

lovely!

we were initially disappointed to see building work at the entrance of the hotel, due to emergency plumbing, but they upgraded us to the private pool villa instead so we were very happy :) Staff are super friendly and really nice! Rooms are very nice, the private pool at the villa looked great but was a bit cold because it stays mainly in the shade , but the communal pool is good. Overall it is a good location and easy to get about, either with rental bike or grab.

Breakfast is buffet style , not the greatest food in the world but not the worst!

I stayed here approx 1 year ago and rebooked as I loved it. however it has gone downhill greatly. the rooms are worn and were dirty. my shower did not work at all so had to use the bath. the glasses and towels were dirty in the room. I had to ring reception at 11pm as housekeeping were being very noisy in the emergency stairs area. the rooms are also very thin so can hear all the noise from the corridor. it’s such a shame as I really liked this hotel! it has just unfortunately had no maintenance or upkeep done!

I enjoyed my time there

This was the one hotel who provided an anti-slip mat without having to be reminded of it, it was there when I arrived and installed very well. In addition one could walk for about 20 minutes to Pererenan beach which was a lovely beach, and in my opinion much better than Echo beach. There were sufficient small restaurants in the area, and the staff could make suggestions for other visits.. There was an adequate amount of TV channels which included Netflix, Disney channel, etcetera.

In my room there was sufficient room to place a small table to allow unpacking/opening ones suitcase without any problem but this was not provided, which meant one must store the bag either in a cupboard and get it out whenever new items needed, or keep the case on the floor, which meant insects could enter the case. I have already advised the management on this point. In the restaurant, although coffee was provided it was instant Nescafe, or quite delicious Baliniese coffee; the instant should not be provided in a hotel of this standard, and in a land where good coffee is available.

Very kind and polite staff 5* Very good and quiet location 5* I forgot my jackets there and some jewelery but the staff kept them safe for me for 2 weeks 🙏👏 This was my first stay in Bali so it will always have a special place
