Lovely hotel, but it can be messy in the rainy season

Amazing location! In general, very nice hotel for this price. The stuff was friendly and very helpful!

Unfortunately, our window faced the wind, and during heavy rains our room was always a bit flooded and very humid, so all our clothes felt wet even if we didn’t wash them😅 The hotel helped by putting towels on the floor to block the gaps between the balcony and the room, so it was okay, but it still ruined the experience a bit. Also, the room is cleaned only once every two days, which is not great with this humidity and in general with the Bali lifestyle. Everything else was great!

Great place for the value and location

The staff members are very friendly, very clean and nice location, excellent value for the price. Nice spa inside and outside almost next door to the hotel.

The taps were a little old in couple of the rooms (we had 3 rooms) and not all showers were working properly. Also constructions site next door, like almost everywhere in Bali.

Convenient stay with some comfort issues

The location is very convenient, close to the beach and many restaurants, and the hotel offers bike parking. Cleaning was done daily at a reasonable hour; towels were changed, water was refilled, and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in was smooth, and they kindly stored our luggage free of charge for a couple of days before check-in while we were away.

The hotel looks much better in photos and from the outside than it does in reality. It seems a bit older and not as well maintained as I expected. We stayed in a Double Room with Pool Access, and the humidity level in the room was very high. At times before falling asleep, it was difficult to breathe for me. I haven’t experienced this issue in other accommodations in Canggu. As expected, the room window faces a passage area near the pool, so there is limited privacy when the thick curtains are open. And the lighting in the room is very poor.

They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and to facilitate everything I needed, which made a big difference. The food was fantastic, with great flavors and quality, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Another highlight is the excellent location — very convenient and close to many tours and attractions I wanted to visit, as well as great restaurants and nightclubs nearby. I truly felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A lovely base to have, a peaceful haven in the heart of the busily-happening Canggu.

Lovely quiet room. Very comfortable, great view for the price - pool and greenery. Wonderful foyer. Such helpful and kind staff. Superb location - right in the middle of one of the main streets with lots of cafes / restaurants, cool quiet sunset-viewing beach bars within 10 min walk.

The location is great. We stayed on the base floor which provided us a pool view directly and that was cool to have that without an effort. The staffs were quite helpful. The massage discount and the massage service itself were the best. Just try it.

Because of the sliding door, some insects may enter the room. We haven't experienced this because we closed these areas with towels. But it was not a big problem.

Perfectly located on main road in Canggu, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, ground floor room access to pool. Good sized room with cold air conditioning. Onsite spa offers a wide range of services in a quiet, private rooms.

Rooms are looking tired and in need of general maintenance and repairs. Rooms with pool access are not very private when people are sitting right outside your door on sun lounges.

Location is great. Breakfast gives some nice simple options.

Ground floor rooms have no privacy as the pool is right there so the curtains need to be closed all the time. Very squeaky bed. Not ideal for a romantic holiday
