The room price was very reasonable. Rooms were fairly comfortable. Hotel was very near to the beach.

The sound proofing was poor. Guess next door came back at 3am and was partying next door. Had to contact the reception for a room changed the next day.

Aston Canggu is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Canguu, close to the beach.

The pool was lovely, with gorgeous views at sunset. The closeness to the beach, nightlife and restaurants made our stay wonderful.

Location is fantastic for party goers. The staff is exceptionally polite, efficient and humble. The breakfast has a good spread and the view from the terrace (where breakfast is served) is fantastic.

The welcome drink was below average. It was just a glass of processed juice. Instead, they can create some good refreshments.

Amazing location with top tier customer service!

The location of the property was perfect! Close to everything you need, with The Bench Sports Bar directly opposite the hotel lobby! The staff were so helpful and friendly - the customer service exceeded expectations! Check in and check out process was so easy! I only stayed 1 night as the Airbnb I booked wasn’t available for the whole period I needed, and now I wish had I just stayed at Aston the whole time! WHEN I come back to Bali, I am definitely staying here again, no hesitation. I also needed to store my luggage somewhere on my last day and I wasn’t a guest at the hotel (I had checked out 2 days earlier) and they allowed me to store my luggage there free of charge for 3.5 hours, although I was happy to pay if there was a charge. I was so grateful! TOP TIER! Couldn’t recommend Aston Canguu enough!

Location is double edge sword as it is fairly noisy at night due to the pub opposite and sounds of fireworks nearby on weekends. The breakfast spread was good but some dishes slight salty.

Noisy on Friday and Saturday nights

The location was very good ,the breakfast was delicious, the staff were lovely.

We stayed a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Our Room was located on the 5th floor facing the street. We were across the road from a convience store and tattoo parlour. The 1st night was fine ,but on the Friday and Saturday night this all changed to two nights of sheer hell. The noise of music people yelling ,vibration from the base this went on until 3am -3.30 am . When your on holidays this is not what you need or want. We left this hotel feeling very tired. We felt let down by the hotel as there are plenty of other rooms that they could have offered away from the street. At 2 am on our last night we were offered a room on our last night but too little too late. We were offered a free cappacino on our last breakfast but I had already ordered and paid for one. The other thing was the shower it was a club in the bath one which was a bit tricky getting in and out of. The shower head was set right in thd corner and you had to stand in a very tricky to stand under. I did mention this on day one and was shown another room on level one,but declined this room as it had an odour which was not pleasant.

The sound proofing in the room needs to be improved. There are clubs around the area and i can hear the music through the night. The room doors needs to have soft closing installed. I can hear door slamming from the other rooms when they exit or enter their room.

They where doing construction on the roof or something r, they did tell us about it but was still loud. Also only one elevator was working so was painful waiting for elevator all the time, as the staff used to do there work, so every time we got in elevator had to wait till it stopped at Almost every level.

The view and environment at Level 5 with the pool is so good. We like the reception because she is always smiling when she talks with us in a way that is charming. There are also professional and helpful staffs.

The shower head in my room is loose and cannot stay steady. It does not fit tightly into the holder. The hair dryer in my room has broken as well. Hopefully it can be fixed and keep regular maintenance to the room.
