The kind of place that makes you instantly relax and never want to leave.

I loved the vibe the most. It felt calm, beautifully designed, and full of soul. From the music by the pool to the little details in the rooms, everything just felt right.

The rooms were a little dark, but we hardly noticed since we spent most of our days by the pool.

Great staff, clean, comfortable and perfect for a get away with friends family

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The property was kept clean and tidy every time we returned from our day activities. The location was great and the pool area was very relaxing with chill music playing poolside throughout the day. Would definitely stay here again!

A hidden gem full of style and character!

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a quiet spot that felt very removed from the craziness of Caggnu! It was a little oasis of calm and the owner was really lovely and accommodating to our needs. Just be sure to book one of the larger rooms to make sure you have the best stay. There was some minor construction going on next door but it wasn't too much of a bother, we spent most days by the pool and it was really peaceful. The main bathroom is an absolute highlight! There is a really cute cafe 2 min walk from the hotel that has amazing pastries and coffees!

The hotel and its amenities are so arty and retro and styled beautifully. The cleaners and ground keepers were lovely and spent all day keeping everything looking tip top. 6 nights and I could have definitely stayed longer

Beautiful, central property!

The Corduroy Hotel is right near Echo Beach and is in a very walkable location. The property itself is gorgeous - very modern and open with some more traditional Balinese elements wrapped in. The pool area is lovely to hang out in when you're needing to escape the bustle of Canggu.

I wish there had been more options for breakfast included. The walk down to the cafes at the Beach isn't far, but I would rather not have had to walk before my morning coffee!

Don’t stay here

Misrepresented. Wasn’t a hotel . Run down and dirty. Riverside rooms unpleasant and mosquito ridden. Staff were lovely - wasn’t their fault place was poor. Had to change rooms as first one look. Second one a ‘suite’ that was poor. Woke up to dead flying insects all around the bed. Sunk did not drain . Shower was terrible.

Lovely cosy and unique

I only stayed here for one night but I wish it was longer! My room was so cute and interesting with a lovely view and cosy bed. The grounds are super pretty and I loved meeting the resident parrot! Next time I stay I'll make sure to use the beautiful pool. Really close to the beach and all the fun there also.

It Will stay in our ♥️

This Is not the usual fancy resort! This place is special 🤩 You are welcomed and treated like a friend in a location full of interesting details... And less thank 5 minutes walk from the beach. 24h frigo bar where you can serve yourself and they trust you to keep the count of drinks/food until checkout. Rented a big and powerful scooter for One day (we were late and give back the keys the day After and they did not ask for any extra Money) for less thank 10 euro to visit Ubud. And many more good points but i am tired to type 😄

I can give a tip pubblicly: there was not written on the dispensers, in the (big and beautiful) shower, which One was the shampoo and which the shower gel. We had to Guess from smelling them 😘

The creative design of the property is unique and picturesque. The staff when around were helpful and accommodating but in the evenings the staff were hard to come by. The location is very close to echo beach, short walk. Further from the centre of Canggu.

Spending 4 nights here and each one had an issue. I was in the River Boat room, unknowingly directly above a dirty river/swamp. The open bathroom and wooden hut let unwanted creatures in which is not expected at a 4 star boutique hotel. From mosquitoes to lizards to crabs in my bedroom it was not an enjoyable stay. Further to this my room had a large leak in the ceiling after heavy rainfall, so bad I had to move rooms temporarily. All of the staff were aware of the continuous mishaps but never made effort to appease or bring up with the manager. Upon leaving I met with the Hotel owner to bring up my shock that this is the standard of a 4 star hotel the only resolution was an upgrade if I wanted another night stay, which I did not. I would have preferred compensation for the bother. I do hope renovations of the River boat room take place as I will never return to this hotel.

Looks good but hasn’t covered the bases , staff excellent x

The shared “ common area” was exceptional! The layout was super chill and wonderfully done , if ur there on ur own or in a small group , it’s just a great set up , kitchen offers to sell drinks and food can be ordered for breakfast with notice , no tv so that’s a new idea as it’s just read , listen to their music or ur own electronic devices , but remember that’s if have the place to yourself x place has room up to twenty inviduals , so if all using the place swimming , cooking , drinking etc then it’s a open slather x

Hmmm , the steps up to upstairs have no handrails and are just cement tiles irregular in size so a little concerning for those not so “ nimble” ,the toilet downstairs is a bit ridiculous , why have a spa in there ? No one can use it ? I’m like what’s this about ? Still haven’t worked it out , safety deposit boxes in two rooms couldn’t be fixed so that was concerning to both groups ,the location was the biggest issue as isolated esp if raining , but all 800 meters away which doesn’t seem much but it is at night and if raining . Staff very very nice and helpful, we paid for two nights but left after one as the shortcomings including the common area share with people cooking , using phones to talk loudly , swim etc and I’ll end with bathroom very tight as toilet u have to sit to the side lol 😂

I absolutely loved The Corduroy Hotel! I discovered so many great things about it — the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets at the nearby bar. I especially loved the open design of the hotel — it made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and even a bit inspired. The space has a creative vibe and is also great for photography if you're looking for modern and artistic backdrops. The pool is clean and absolutely beautiful. My room on the second floor was cozy and stylish. I stayed for two nights, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable — I slept so well!

Great location - no windows.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Very close to the beach, but in a quiet area. Perfect location.

Our room says "pool view," which is only true if you have your front door open. If it's closed, it has zero windows, only windows to the bathroom. The beautiful, deep bathtub in the photos didn't work. The staff said it did, but it just wouldn't fill up. So, it seems to be a place to put aesthetics before practicality. When you take out the square metes of the bathroom with a tub you can't use, you're really just left with a windowless room next to the pool. Again, staff were great, but I'd find somewhere else nearby with windows for my next stay.

My stay at the Corduroy hotel was perfect

Wow, this place is incredible. The photos don't do any justice. It’s located at a beautiful river but a minute walk to echo beach. You could be anywhere in this house, the style, the music, the staff are all amazing and nothing is too much. I've already booked to come back wish I could stay forever. The hotel is so quiet and peaceful with sounds of birds and nature even though it was a walk to all restaurants, the beach and night life. It is really a hidden paradise.

My stay at the Corduroy was amazing - it felt like a private Soho House! The decor and design of this place is outstanding, so fun and quirky with good music always playing. The hotel is located on river and right by Echo beach, so very serene and quiet. Waking up here, was blissful, the sound of birds and silence - this is a huge win at the moment with the amount of construction going on in Bali - it’s the perfect location to everything. The place is tucked away and makes you feel right at home with the chilled and relaxed vibe and helpful staff. I was a bit hesitant when I read some of the other reviews, but I had no issues at all and would rush back to stay again and relax by that pool with a coconut.

A bit of a nightmare. We checked out at the earliest possible moment.

On the outset the property looked nice, very unique with stylistic touches. We had posed a question on whether we could use the pool shower facilities after check out and the property manager responded positively.

Buyer beware! Perhaps it’s the ‘deluxe’ room that we booked, but the room was awful! I was looking forward to checking out as soon as I checked in! A very strong mildew and mold smell, spiders in the bathroom, exhaust from the air con vents blowing over the shower! Not worth the cost.
