Safe Place & Kind Staff

The staff is just the Best ! Everyday helping you out being soo nice with you. The location is good and it's very calm. As a solo traveller you feel secure and the breakfast is divine 🤩

The Bathroom is not the best, the water smells in the shower. But everything is clean.

Pool was nice. Staff were lovely. Plants were very pretty and tropical.

No kettle in the rooms. (Tho there was a gas stove with one outside, and also you could just order coffee.) Weird stickers on my fridge… like it belonged to a bored teenager. … but at least there was a little fridge. 500k to get a taxi to return to Kuta. This hotel is squarely in the Taxi mafia zone.

Excellent

I would highly recommend Kayuma House. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. We used the laundry service which was really good, fast and cost efficient.

The bathroom was fine and clean but maybe could do with updating. A TV and kettle would have been to nice to have in the room too.

Great location

Great location, good facilities and nice staff. We heard some music/talking from the neighbouring restaurant untill different times each night, but other than that it was pretty quiet. Especially regarding the business on the streets.

We didn't have water (tap/shower/toilet) for a day from early morning till 4.30 pm. It can happen of course and staff were working on it, but the process seemed slow and communication about it, could have been better.

3rd coming here, feels like home. The staff is amazing and everything is very good there. The location is perfect because you are next to everything and at night there is no noise. No construction nearby it’s really good.

The position and the staff

The bathroom was very basic and there was not a shower curtain, so it was getting flooded after every shower. Also adding some simple bathroom furniture could make the staying more comfortable

It’s good to stay a couple of nights, but not a long time.

The location is good, not far from the bars and clubs, but it’s possible to sleep after 12 am. The breakfast was unexpectedly good.

Great location a short walk from the beach and really friendly staff. We’d often have breakfast in the cafe too due to it being better value than most places around. We stayed here each time we came to Canggu and didn’t regret it!

Really really lovely staff, great location, cute little cafe downstairs great for breakfasts or snacks. Five minute walk from the beach.

Shower heads are crazy, water goes everywhere except where it supposed to. Clean towels smell bad as soon as they get wet. Linens are very old and seriously stained.

AMAZING !

The property is clean and beautiful with a swimming pool in the middle. Mirah guide you through everything and is always available if you have any questions. The place is situated close to everything ( restaurants, beach.. ) but is still really peaceful as soon as you enter the gate. I’ll come back for sure !!

Nice room, pool was good - they have sunbeds by one pool not both. Stay was good overall in a good location.

We had our laundry done here, it came back still wet and stained :( the staff were apologetic and they offered to re wash but we had to check out so took a refund.

Decent place, but a little noisy

In general the place was nice, I stayed in 3 different rooms during my time there and found the upstairs (room 7) by far the nicest as had good natural light. Downstairs a bit gloomy. I stayed one night on the 'delux' side, which maybe had a prettier pool but otherwise couldn't notice much difference and still think upstairs room nicer atmosphere. The pool was nice. Refillable water cooler great to have. helpful friendly staff. convenient location if you want to do things around canggu.

Unfortunately the first room I stayed in (number 4, non deluxe side) had bed bugs, I got badly bitten and saw one on my pillow, but once I told the staff they let me move to another room which was all fine. Hopefully they sort it out in that room. There is loud music from nearby restaurant til about 11pm, midnight. Also throughout the night you can hear a water pump making intermittent noise if you're sensitive to that kind of thing trying to sleep. I used earplugs.

I had an incredible stay at Kayuma house. The staffs were exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile. The highlight was the stunning pool area – a perfect spot to relax. The guest house exuded comfort, making it an ideal vacation spot. Its convenient location allowed for easy exploration of nearby attractions on foot. A truly memorable and enjoyable experience! Would definitely come back next year!

Completely exceed my expectations, ideal location and unreal staff!

Absolutely loved my time at Kayuma House!! The staff are amazing, always so friendly and willing to help with any questions I had. Their service is exceptional, they clean the outside area everyday and will clean your room 1-2 times a week depending on your preference! The location of this property is ideal. Literally a 5 minute walk to Echo Beach where there’s lots of restaurants & beach bars. A great base to have as it’s in walking distance to a lot of shops / gyms & restaurants, it’s also so close to anything in Canggu, especially if you get a grab / gojek. If you’re working online there’s a coworking place right across the road (Kajan Eatery) which was an absolute windfall for me.
