The staff ( especially Thushina) was extremely helpful.
The breakfast was appalling, cold sausage, overcooked tepid bacon, shrivelled up black pudding, scrambled eggs that seemed like they were made from some sort of plastic rubber, the cheese for the " continental "breakfast was dried up and bent like taco shells. I've stopped in hotels all over the world and this was without doubt the worst I've EVER come across.

Me and kids enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was amazing.
Lovely staff that gave their all.
It was nice and quiet.
My second night there, someone was trying to open my room, I was glad the kids were sleeping at the moment, it was scary though.
I heard voices, it's like the reception staff gave the guests a wrong room number, I had the courage to go close to the door and I saw guests entering a room slightly opposite mine.

Location, staff and the breakfast were great.
We arrived in the middle of the night and ended up walking around the whole building looking for the entrance - if there had been signs from the carpark, it would have been easier. The tarmac was rather rough, also.
The corridors smelt a bit (of air fresheners - too much for me).
The noise from the motorway / services was expected.
