disappointed after seeing the reviews and pictures

bed was way too low for us handicapped people to get up from. Family member had hard time finding the hotel to pick us up near the lobby, couldnt find a english speaking channel on the TV.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The check-in process was really slow. I came to the reception several times and waited about one hour for the invoice. The receptionist was very unprofessional. I didnt want to book the breakfast, but they mixed the price without informing me. i would have missed the changed price if I did not check the payment bill carefully.

Comfortable hotel in central location with great breakfast.

Excellent breakfast, and breakfast staff was very friendly and professional. Sizeable, comfortable room with excellent storage space for luggage and belongings. Convenient underground parking (but note: it's 17 Euro/night extra for parking).

Wifi was effectively unavailable in rooms, which is unacceptable for a modern hotel in 2025. In the breakfast area, Wifi worked fine. I would have given the hotel higher marks if the Wifi worked, but I had to leave as I was on business and it was impossible to take calls over Wifi in the rooms.

quite relaxed, and very good value for the price

It's a decent hotel, a quite good deal for that price. In a normal evening the whole neighborhood seems to be incredibly quite by 9pm -- one can even hear the trains in the far distance A very nice touch is the terrace on the second floor.

The thing that I would suggest to improve asap is the pillows: too thin, too small, too soft, and so not offering any support for the head. Some of the furniture shows the passing of the time, and a bit of polishing (at least) would help.

Very convienent

I did not like the fact that there was no signs for the hotel or hotel parking within the underground parking structure. You literally had to go up to the infor sign within the Mall gallery to find out where the hotel was. Once we found that and this was on a German Holiday and then the doors to go through where locked. Had to go around the building to gain access to hotel.

Decent place but my room had a faulty heating which created very loud noises and woke me up thrice.

Room was decent for the price, well kept and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a bit tricky to reach but pretty close to all amenities being inside the mall.

The heating element in the room presumeably kept making very very loud noises which woke me up thrice in the middle of night.

During the four nights we have stayed, one elevator was out of order. Cable tv continously broken down and we had to reset the canals almost everyday. The additional bed they have put into the room for the third person was terrible. The room cleaning was not regular and they always forgot to put sufficient towels, soap etc. Cost-benefit ratio is rather low.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel location is good, close to a shopping mall with good cafes and grocery stores. Car parking in the opposite building but easy to get in.

The beds are not comfortable, AC was not working, nor iron & ironing board provided inside the rooms. Reception area closes at 10:00 PM.

The wonderful breakfast menue and the nice and helpful staff at the breakfast service are great! The fact that the hotel is located very close to restaurants, bars etc. the gym holds everything one can ask for.

Simple clean rooms for the stay. Staff spoke better English then I do. The breakfast was great with friendly helpful staff. We had our 2 older teenagers with us and they gave us adjoining rooms. The staff recommended a great local restaurant.

Parking was a bit of a challenge when we first arrived, but once we got there the staff help point us in the right direction.

Booked it for my parents and they loved it. They said it was very clean and very good good staff. Also the beds were very comfortable. They checked in at 12 midnight and had no problem at all.

Hotel with good rooms in a good location

Air condiitoned and spacious room. Good location (it located in the middle of two points, Hbf and Boblingen (my visit spot to work). Markets are in the next door of the hotel. Amenities in the room.

At the day I stayed, the communication device was out of order and the free wifi was not served in the room. About 7 min walk is needed from Vaihingen station(Not too long, not twoo short).

The air conditioning didn't work, the wifi didn't work, there was no kettle, cups, bathrobe, the room had serious signs of wear, the hair dryer was sticky and dirty

Dont Stay here

Not much

Location if driving is horrible to navigate to. Elevator is broken, so my wife with limited mobility could not get to garage level to leave. There is no wifi. Only avail in the restaurant during breakfast. Bathroom was dirty. TV did not work until staff came by to program the satellite. There were spider webs and dust everywhere in the room. One that appeared overnight attached to the bed and one we had to dispose of in the bathroom. Bathroom was dirty in corners and some spots looked like bllod drops on the tile. I would not recommend a stay here unless your stuck going to the Mercedes benz training center across the hall. There is also no food avail, we choose the location due to avail of food and wifi and neither was avail.

Good hotel, lovely staff, but needs some improvements.

The location of the property was perfect and the parking was very nearby. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, we were made to feel very welcome. We also really enjoyed the breakfast.

I had contacted the hotel before our stay to explain it was my partners birthday and they said they would leave complimentary chocolates and a card for us upon our arrival, this did not happen which was disappointing. The room also smelt very damp as though there had been water damage previously. Although we had booked a double room we were put into a twin room, also disappointing.

They have a standard breakfast. There was a moderate selection which is okay for few days but boring for longer stays. The food quality was good. The sauna and the gym were good. The standard room size is bigger than usual.

Their prices (€130/night w/o breakfast) were too high for the services what they offer. The room's built quality is lower than my expectation and the average. I missed a cooler/mini fridge from the room which would be reasonable for longer stays. The breakfast offer didn't change till we were there and hence it became boring. The staff was nice and they speak English fluently. They had several IT issues which delayed the invoice and caused extra headache with the parking card. The WiFi requires re-authentication in every hour which is just annoying.
