Look, it cost me £26 to stay for a night. In a major city centre that’s remarkable. It’s seen better days but my experience was positive. Clean. (Ignore bed bug reviews!). Clean bedding. Spacious double room. Helpful staff at the reception. Hard working cleaning lady. It was quiet. Close to where I wanted to be. Ideal if you are on a tight budget
I’m not going to complain about the dated facilities. For £26 what do you expect? The bathroom worked fine. I’ve stayed in far worse. ( think cheap motels in USA !) if you are used to high quality facilities you won’t book this place. But if you need a clean place to lay your head and save your money for more important things this does the job.
