Suitable for a night during travel.

Nice room. Enjoyed the pool and sauna.

The location of the hotel is remote from any other facilities. Very expensive breakfast (we didn’t try it for this reason).

This hotel was an overnight stop on the way to Rotterdam. Ticked our boxes.

The Location just of the motorway was ideal. A good breakfast was available. The restaurant attached provided us with a pleasant meal. There's a swimming pool if wished to use it.

At the time of writing (14th July 2025) the motor way is being repaired at the junction which gives access to the hotel. There is bit of a diversion required at this moment in time that said once the repairs are complete access is great from the junction. I found 15 euros to park your car as paying guest overnight expensive.

Great for good night sleap but that's about it...

Very quiet rooms located well for no sun in the morning for best long sleep and very comfortable beds! nice breakfast . Kids had fun in pool

Our main reason to select hotel was the pool and Sauna. But pool was not very clean and Sauna was out of order...so was very disappointed after long drive from UK to Stuttgart. Parking charges i think is unacceptable for guests of hotel with their own barriers. I understand if it is open space parking to charge so people don't just dump cars there..., but it is barier restricted so absolutely unnecessary 14 euro for parking for guests

Pleasure and relaxing stay

We stayed for one night. It was very nice, clean and quiet room. The kids loved the pool (didn't go myself). Also the air conditioning worked very smoothly and slept very conveniently. Easy check in/out.

Have to pay extra for the parking. Would prefer to pay it on the bill without even knowing that.

The price and cleanliness/ The staff was very friendly and helplful.

They list that the rooms are air conditioned but once I got to my room I discovered the air conditioning was not working. My room was very stuffy and hot. The staff told my it's currently being worked on, so I feel as though they need to stop advertising the rooms are air conditioned when clearly the air conditoning was broken.

Disappointing for a Mercure! Can’t recommend

Some staff were friendly and professional and the location was ok if you are on route and driving past. Breakfast had plenty of choice

It was a disappointing stay as we usually choose Mercure in Germany for the great experience. This was definitely not a great experience. We checked out early. Our room stank and we had to endure it for 2 nights. We probably would have stayed if they sorted it the first night we complained. Unless they change the air con or smells I would not stay here again, or at any other Mercure. It was handled ok but could have been handled a lot better following the 2nd complaint and checking out early!

The restaurant was great, good food and pleasant service. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.

The pool smells not very pleasant ( chlorine) and looks old. Some lights in the pool would change the atmosphere.
