We stayed at the property in late September 2025. The hotel is a convenient 10 minute drive from Orly airport and is in a safe location. Amenity-wise, the room was large enough to house our large family and was in good condition upon our arrival. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Exiting the parking lot in the morning was a little complicated but not enough to subtract from the overall rating.

Stealing staff - stay away.

The staff unfortunately stole items from the pool area. When we asked where the items were, staff turned very evasive and pretended not to speak English - even though this was THE SAME person that we spoke English with the whole day. It was while leaving the items at the pool for a maximum of 10 minutes. When asked, staff didn’t speak English except, miraculously, to tell us that they had not seen anything. Stay away from this hotel if you value your property.

Fantastic

The family room was spacious with 5 beds and clean. Staff members were very helpful and polite. Good amenities, including swimming pool. Good breakfast and dinner. Overall, my family loves the hotel and the amenities.

Everything was good except it is slightly expensive to go to Paris by taxi from the venue. However, there is a free shuttle to the airport.

Useful stopover for Orly airport.

I use Novotel Rungis every time I fly from Orly airport. It is a clean, friendly hotel with a free navette service to & from the airport. You can arrange to leave your car there (at an extra cost). Make sure you do this at the time of booking.

There is a nicely appointed restaurant at the hotel, but this time I found the choices on the menu were too "exotic" for my taste so I ended up going to the local MaccyD! Also, the bar area could be more comfortable. Only one small sofa & the rest of the seating consists of hard chairs.

Breakfast was good, bed comfortable and clean room, lots of light coming in the room.

First day Lady at check in desk rude, not helpful with any information about sites to visit local shops ect. We asked if there is any place to eat local,we were informed that the cafe in the hotel was open for lunch when we went towards the cafe a staff member informed us its closed, I ponted at the lady at the checkin desk ad said she had mention it was open, after a few seconds the gentleman said okay then an we went in and ordered food. The next few days a gentleman was working at the checkin counter and had better customer skills.

Staff in the front office was fraud. He told security deposit 150 Euro to be paid in advance and it will be return online after check out. But already 4 days past . No money tha is 150 Euro , till now refunded in my account till now. When I wrote in email to hotel, they replied we can give guarantee.

Shuttle service from/to the airport: that was one of the criteria I chose this hotel. Nevertheless, on our arrival, we waited almost one hour on our way to the hotel, while the morning after, as the shuttle served several hotels, it was so jam-packed we had to take a taxi

Receptionist were helpful, except our bad experience with lady waitress other things was fine

House keeping Personel did excellent job, we are group of 12 and was very much satisfied, room were clean and tidy.

Some of the kitchen staff were not friendly, specialfly there was one Ladies waitress who was very rude, she shouted to us during our breakfast time for no reason. We had a bad day after that, She is not polite, and not service minded. She is bad for the hotel’s reputation.

Facilities were good, and the pool very pleasant.

The staff mislead us for 1h30 on where to get the shuttle to go to the airport. We eventually had to get urgently a cab as the bus never came . We realised leaving in the taxi that the stop was actually a 100 m away out of sight of the hotel entrance. No wonder there was no shuttle to be seen! Morning wasted + stress

I liked the price and the staff the most.

Some rooms weren’t as clean, I had to request a change when we first got there, we had a little bit of walking to do to get to transportation but the staff was friendly and helpful

Service very poor Staff not pleasant or motivated. Avoid eatting in the restaurant if your in a hurry very poor service had to ask waiter 4 times to bring out the deserts then they brought out the wrong one. I understand speaking English was a barrier in communication but i specifically pointed to the menu the guy wrote down chocolate cake and brought out fruit. Kids were so board waiting about it was over priced for what you got and food was just passable. I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

The hotel is located outside of main paris city. So daily conveyance is very difficult if you are tourist. No nearby metro and bus option are very limited. You have spend much extra money to reach tourist attractions and that too using multiple breaks. We used UBER to avoid such hectic journey and spent much as taxi is costlier than public transport. They have shuttle service to Orly Airport but it is not useful if u want to explore paris. Both disneyland & CDG airport is very far from city. Dine out option is very limited nearby. Hotel is good for group with vehicle not for individual or family

ideal place to stay for sightseeing if you don't mind the morning walk

The room was perfectly adequate for what i needed which was to sleep 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 10).Two separate sofa beds for the children which is a bonus and saves them arguing about space. The breakfast was again brilliant , pastries ,fruits , sausage bacon eggs potatoes and a selection of fresh breads . A selection of juices and coffee were on offer also . The only criticism was the breakfast times change at the weekend and during the week which resulted in us missing breakfast on Monday morning when it reverted back to 09.30 finish, weekends are 12.00. We used this hotel for a sightseeing weekend in Paris and the tram journey and underground took roughly 35 minutes each day to reach the center. We took the T7 tram and got on at (porte de rungis) and then connected at the end of the line to Villejuif Louis Aragon which was no problem at all. The hotel pool was great and was open till 9pm at night so the kids enjoyed cooling off after a long day. The free transfer bus back to Orly airport stops right outside the hotel and the reception staff gave us a timetable of the schedule. Overall we would defiantly stay again and many thanks to the staff at Novotel .

location wise it was a bit of a walk ( about a mile) to the closest tram stop ( porte de rungis) and required going over a bridge which connects the road of the hotel to the other side closest to the trading estate but that would be my only minor gripe.

Great staff, adequate breakfast and a clean environment with an easy ride to Paris center and free airport shuttle!

First night, we got our room and got settled then we needed extra towels and went downstairs again to get them. On our return, we can't open the room with the key card and my Mum opens the door and I tell her about the card. She says well a man, of East Indian descent, just opened the door with a key card and says it's his room. She no, you will have to check with the front desk. What a horrible mistake by the front desk... She was very disturbed because she could have been undressed since we came in from London! I returned and told the staff what happened and they reauthorized my card. I told them what a terrible experience it was for my Mum and the apology was not the best or even almost too quick. Of course we realized what happened, after we checked in, a large group of people, East Indian descent, checked in... And it was wrong to think we were with their party since we looked similar and no excuse for the incident. The only reason for the place getting a low rating was this incident.
