Not going back again

Not much to be honest!

We've stayed here a dozen times but after the room renovation we will not come back again. The Executive room was half empty. The couch has gone. The bathroom has not been updated so you still need to climb into the bath to take a shower. Not up to date at all The parking lot is no longer secured with a sliding gate, and parking is way too expensive Electric charging costs 0.70 per kWh !!

Only good thing was proximity to the airport and the shuttle.

Hallways were really dull. There was construction right above our room. We were trying to take a nap after a long flight but that was not possible with all the noise.

The staff was nice and accommodating. She gave us a new room when requested.

Our original room had a smell like wet carpet. Had to switch rooms, in fairness the Hotel was going through renovations that may have had something to do with it.

Convenient hotel to stay the night before leaving Paris

Close proximity to the airport with free shuttle bus. Handy to have restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast, and the room service option was great. Also close to a big mall

There were some repairs going on at the hotel - it didn’t cause too much disruption but there was quite a strong smell of glue or the likes associated with it

Terrible service at the restaurant.

We sat at the restaurant for a long time and the server finally came. We asked for an English menu and was told there was none. We then sat there for a very long time waiting to order after translated the French menu on the phone. Three servers were standing around not doing anything. Finally one of them came over and asked for our order. We ordered the burger from the menu. He told us no more burger. He had clearly shown us that he didn’t want to serve us. This was very disappointing. We, Asian American, felt racially discriminated in an American hotel chain in a foreign land. We walked out.

Could not find the Shuttle on arrival. Had to take a taxi to the property.

Disappointing

Silent room

Waiting for staff to attend to you. Food was poor. Little service apart from a bed with pillow. I.e. Staff promised a taxi that did not show up. Staff always busy in the back room. Customers are not a priority. But that's all over Europe....

One night sray

Very good breakfast, tidy room,

Late check in didnt work well. We had to wait for staff for almost half an hour. Only security guy was there.

Very quite and clean place. We didn't hear a single airplane. The stuff (Cherry in particularly) at the front desk was very friendly. Great tasty breakfast with a lot of options.

The corridor and the elevator could be better. But it's so unimportant.

Uncomfortable Experience

Food and location is fine

I would like to raise a complaint against the front desk person - Mr. Shiva. On checking in because I was Indian he upgraded my room and said he would send me a complimentary bottle of champagne. I checked into my room 301 (I think) room with AN INTERNAL CONNECTING DOOR. After my dinner by myself at the restaurant and paid my dinner bill I went back to my room. Mr. Shiva calls me on my room phone and asks if I'd still like the champagne, as I agreed I hear knocking on the door. I open the main room door as expected in a hotel sending anthing complimentary and there's no one at the main door. I continue to hear knocking and then I hear a man saying it's the connecting door. I opened it shocked to see Mr. Shiva is in the next room without his suit coat - offering me to join him for drinks. I flatly refused saying I'm retiring to bed as I have an flight next morning. I shut the door - locked all my doors - switched off all the lights. This was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. The next day I checked out - there is no sign of Mr. Shiva anywhere.

No ownership of airport shuttle. We got in late on Saturday AFTER the shuttle had stopped but were never told it stopped. It's an airport hotel!

The hotel is badly damaged, we got a room without towels, without hygiene items, soap and shampoo, no heating, dirt everywhere.The room is like a prison cell,small windows. This is a 4-star hotel, the price of which is 130 eu per night?And the helpfulness of the staff...when I asked if when would be a bus to the airport, I suggested calling the driver and asking him..It's a shame, people have lost their sense of how much something should cost...
