Decent stay, some rude staff - otherwise ok

Decent stay, nothing fancy. Rooms are ok, beds are bit soft but ok. Toilet/shower also ok. Free parking available. Cannot comment on food as we did not eat there. Close to public transport. Wifi is good.

The person at the reception while checking in was very rude and seemed to have little knowledge about the hotel, probably. He didn’t know which rooms were interconnected in the hotel and which ones were not (we requested two interconnected rooms). It took a long time to check in, get two adjacent rooms, and we finally had to persuade him to allocate us interconnected rooms - but he seemed more interested in NOT helping than actually finding a solution. The same person also refused us a wine opener on New Year’s Eve – even though they literally have a bar next to the reception but bluntly refused to help! Also, I was expecting a letter but that same person did not even want to check the bunch and flatly refused.

Great location, perfect accommodation

The staff was great, the room and facilities clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Kettle, coffee, tea and herbal tea. AND there is a balcony for smoking on each floor: prefect! No need to take the lift and stand by the front door, such a treat! The buses, tram for Orly are just 2 minutes away by foot. They will get you there for the price of a normal journey so around 2€.

Bar closed before midnight. Vending machine only got cheap beer for 5€ and tiny wine for 4€, BYO.

Perfect place to stay for one night right near the airport. Super comfortable and clean. We were able to catch public transport into the city for the day.

Clean establishment and friendly personel.

The TV could not work and was disconnected upon arrival. When reconnecting a message indicated it had to be reprogammed. Upon leaving the card for the room could not unlock the bedroom door. A technician had to force open it. Just a delay in leaving the hotel

Clean Comfortable size

- The A/C was not working (completely dead); however, the Receptionist (Najib) promptly helped manage the situation. He gave us a new room. **KUDOS to him!! 🙌🙏🙏 - The hairdryer was not working; maybe a circuit breaker issue. Not a big deal but should be checked.

Confortable and affordable, close to Orly Airport and public transportation

Standard room fits perfectly for a short stay, as it’s is comfortable (acoustic isolation is great), clean and affordable. The shower is perfect to relax after a busy day at the city. Hotel staff is amazing, helped us on every request we had. Easy (and affordable) access from Paris Orly Airport, by Tram line T7 or bus line 183 at Orly 4 terminal. It isn’t that far from Paris, as you can access RER and Metro by taking buses at the Marché International de Rungis bus station, just behind the hotel. Line 216 (RER Denfert-Rochereau), for example, will take you to Paris Catacombs area in a few minutes (at the same final stop for OrlyBus).

Just a quick note: there was no indication from the T7 Tram station « Porte de Thiais » about how to reach the hotel. It would help a lot travellers to find it.

AVOID STAYING HERE.

The rooms were spacious.

The air conditioning wasn’t working which meant we had to sleep with the window open however there was noise all through the night. Noise from traffic is to be expected but there were people standing outside chatting all through the night, very disrespectful. There was only one pillow each for the bed which was small and not supportive. Staff were not friendly, I stood at reception waiting to be served and the receptionist served the two people who were behind me, it would appear that she knew these people and dealt with them first for this reason. There was a male night shift worker who was friendly and apologised for the air conditioning issues. Antoine who worked in the bar was also friendly. Following check out we received an email from the hotel asking us to settle our outstanding bill of £250, after several emails back and forth the hotel realised they had made an error and apologised. shocking customer service and by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed it.

Hotel with free parking, but disappointing AC system

Very clean and friendly staffs. Breakfast selection was also okay. Free parking and public transport to go to the city of Paris within walking distance. Dogs are also allowed.

AC didn't work at all at first, and the staff tried their best to finally make it work. However, despite the AC 'working', it was not cold at all (and Paris was at a hot day) and only blowing normal air. It's certainly uncomfortable since the room is almost like a sauna. We slept with the window open.

Would definitely stay again

Location was good for Orly airport. Bus or tram to get on the Paris metro network was pretty convenient, takes around 40 mins by bus and costs 2.5 euros for a single trip. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, they allowed us free use of the coffee machine during breakfast timing, staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clearly popular with people working in local offices.

A little warm at night for this time of year as there's no air conditioning. Pillows should be replaced with bigger ones. Coffee at over 4 euros each one day when we got up late, and got an espresso with a shot of milk when we asked for latte. Not much else locally for food/drink options at the weekend, have to get the bus to go anywhere.

Receptionist rude and unhelpful. We asked for an extra pillow and were told point blank - NO. No apology, just "NO". First time in 50 years of travelling and hundreds of hotels that I have been refused an extra pillow. Unsurprisingly the only staff member not wearing a name badge. Would have liked to report her directly to Campanile management as pretty much the rudest person we've ever met at a hotel.
