Ok for the price and for just 1 night, but...

Close to the airport

The AC was not working. We had to sleep with the windows open. The whole hotel was super hot and the air was very humid. The room was small and old. Hard to find info on the transfer (search for green line shuttle orly) and the streets to the stop are very dirty and sketchy to walk at night.

When checking out there was no one at the reception desk. We thought breakfast was free so when we walked out the front desk lady was there and demanded payment for breakfast.

The stay would have been better if we have some of the information ahead of our travel

Reasonable rate and close to the airport for an overnight stay

Communication was lacking. I reached out prior to the date to inquire about the location of the free shuttle but did not get a response. We arrived very late in the evening and ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. There was a long queue for taxi services hence our late arrival. The check-in process was stressful as we were unfamiliar with the electronic check in. It would have been better if more details were provided ahead of time to minimize the stress and confusion

The water didn’t drain out of the sink. The shower hook had broken off, the curtain was not properly attached. The lift smelt of smoke…

Night Reseptionist didnt speak english. One blanket in double room for 2 person ( not couple) - ask for one more blanket, answer was negative. Far from center. Not metro accessible. Near night club. Noisy.

the fact that you close the reception and that you don’t have a pay and go on your check in machine. we are in 2022 noone walks in with their physical card everything is in the phone put a tap and go please i was stuck for hours failing to pay because of lack of technological improvement

No one is to help. No fan or Air condition mosquitos came when we opened window we couldn’t sleep it is 3:49 and I am in hotel right now and writing this review. spiders and insects also found in room. no reply of any message.
