Ruined by poor customer service

Room was big and clean. It had everything we needed for a place to stay before an early flight. Not too far from orly airport. The free shuttle is convenient once you know where to get on it.

We're Canadian friends who have been travelling for over 9 years and have over 20 years of customer service work experience. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that the information about the shuttle is not stated on the website or on booking.com. The staff at Orly airport had somehow never heard of the free shuttle either and it goes to multiple hotels in Rungis. When we called for help from the hotel, we were told "I don't work at the airport". When we finally arrived there was a laminated information sheet attached to the desk which has the name of the shuttle service and a link to the website which states where you can get on the shuttle at the airport. Clearly, he could have provided much more information and was just too lazy. This is information that is vital for guests to know, and I am just appalled at the lack of customer service. My friend spoke in French when she called also so it couldn't be blamed on a language barrier.

Great property but unfortunately bad experience.

Great property, clean and comfortable.

My room was booked with breakfast included and on arrival the receptionist confirmed me about that. The day after at Check-out 11/08 the lady receptionist was pretty rude and made me pay an extra 14 € for the breakfast. I didn't like the unprofessional behaviour.

The location and adjoining room was what drew us to the last min room because of a flight prob

I messaged the property from the airport to ask about the shuttle service and did not get a response I was unable to call. It was very HOT in the rooms. The temp control didn’t work. When we went to the lobby they said it was a problem in the whole hotel we should just “open the window” . It is located on a very busy highway that was extremely loud all night long traffic was constants. Between the heat and the noise there was no sleep. We went for the breakfast that was from 6:30-10:30am at 9 am there were no eggs or fruit left and they said the kitchen lady left so they would not be replenishing it. There was not a less expensive option so we had to go to another hotel restaurant for breakfast. Check out and the shuttle to the airport were the only positive things I can say about my stay here

Marvelous weekend

Good quality /price All basics covered in the kitchen Only missing toothpaste in the bathroom

Few points not major But sorted straight away , we got to the room and the shower was blocked ,staff moved us to another floor and to another room . This one had a massive dent in the bathroom door , cracked mirror in the hall ,and the lamps were a bit loose But all in all very clean and very pleasant Would go there again

The entrance carpet and wall were dirty for both of the suites we rented, and both bathrooms had a bad odor. Also, there were broken pieces of the wall in the entrance of both suites. I think the price was a bit steep for the quality of the suites.
