Bad conditions, doesn’t worth the money

It was extremely cold in my room, I think the conditioner was broken as cold air was constantly coming from the ceiling. The toilet paper holder was broken. Also it was an unpleasant surprise that there was no toilet brush there. They claim that they have a bar, but when I wanted to order smth to eat, it appeared that they have only pizza margarita (which was defrosted in the microwave). The barman doesn’t speak English and he could barely understand me even with the translator.

Extremely disappointing and overall conditions far below the advertised standards

Nothing at all, it was the worst stay ever

Room Comfort & Facilities The heating system (chauffage) was not working, despite reporting it; no action was taken. The air conditioning was malfunctioning: when set to 26°C, the temperature dropped automatically, leaving us cold. The technician was reportedly unavailable. The bed quality was extremely poor and produced loud whispering noises, preventing proper sleep. Hotel Infrastructure The elevator made loud, persistent noises, which disturbed our rest. Noise & Guest Disturbance Other guests were loud during the night, creating discomfort. The issue was reported but not addressed. Food Quality Breakfast was basic, lacked vegetables, and did not match the charged price. The food quality and variety were unacceptable. Staff Behavior Staff, including the counter supervisor, were rude and uncooperative. Cleanliness Despite room cleaning, the room remained dirty. Photos are attached for reference. The stay was significantly below expectations for the advertised rating, and the amount paid does not reflect the quality and services provided. I kindly request a full or partial refund for this stay.

Decent hotel. Good beds friendly stuff. Good for short stay (week). Good public transport and very close to the shopping mall.

There was very hot in the room. Description said about kettle in the room (was in the lobby, but you had to run the stairs.small fridge would be useful. And the soap dispenser in the bathroom was way too high. It was almost impossible to get shower gel

good location for getting to Orly airport tram with reasonable multi day parking.

the property was run down and the carpeting in the room was very stained. there was no restaurant open in the evening

@No wifi @Lift stopped working and I had to take the stairs to the 5th floor @Room not cleaned although the bed was made the floor was not hovered. @For £81 per night no air conditioning I sweated all night. When I opened the windows, the outside noise from the cars was unbearable.

Clean room. Bathroom was small but with all the standard things (shower, sink, bodywash, toilet paper). Bed was decent, comfortable enough. Very pleased with the carpeted floor. Wardrobe was small but manageable, 3 clothes hanger available to use. TV was ok, no english channel.

Smooth checkin and checkout

The toilet was horrible. The toilet flush was not working and the shower head was broken putting water all over the shower. We told to the staff in the morning and they told us that they would send a technician but in the evening nothing was repaired at all…

Very convenient for Orly airport and safe to walk from Tram 7 to the hotel and back again.

The room was comfortable and the water was hot and plentiful. i was glad it had an opening window as there was far too much heating on. I also was able to turn down the temperature, or it would not have been comfortable.

the shower design of the door was a disaster, sending the water straight through the holes and wetting the floor of the bathroom. the hairdrier fell off as it was held by sticky tape and this made it start blowing in the middle of the night and gave me a fright. It would be nice to have a kettle to heat up water for tea.
