I would not recommend this place to anyone. The condition of the room was unacceptable — it smelled awful and was clearly not clean. We were inside for no more than five minutes before leaving because it was that bad. Even a member of staff admitted they wouldn’t sleep in the room themselves, which says everything. What makes this even worse is the refund situation. How dare they not give us back our full money, knowing we were only there for five minutes and did not stay the night? The cheek and the audacity to keep part of the payment after cancelling the booking themselves is unbelievable. This whole experience was shocking, stressful, and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Not a lot. Although there are a couple of fast food places near by but lack of good restaurants. and there is a tram station with in 5 min, but the place is too far away from centre that it takes 1-1.5 hours to reach anywhere

Staff was biased/ racist. Assisted French speaking customers first even when they arrived after us Also one middle aged bald guy gave us the worst room which was not even in our price range. when we asked for a change, he put us in dirty room with broken furniture and ants and spiders all around. I took a tissue with dead bugs to show him but then there was another gentleman there who finally offered us a clean room the next day.

Pleasant

Location and teh overall area is good. Have enough parking space. Reception is open 24hrs and the assistance is excellent. Breakfast is fair can be improved.

The rooms are spacious but not well maintained. Though the rooms are clean all the surfaces are not wet cleaned. Someone with dust allergy will find it difficult.

Very large room, comfy, and well equipped. Around there was a small supermarket and some restaurants as well as a nice coffee shop.

A bit far from center Paris, but good transportation connections.

the walls of the room are a little dirty, microwave was sparking so i disconnected it, location was a little far from the center (50-55mins by public transport and 40ish mins by car: from Eiffel Tower). i guess for the price could have been better

Hotel Hell but staff was nice.

Unfortunately we liked nothing about the property itself that is in a very poor state but the staff were very nice though and did their best in a difficult situation. And it seemed clean although everything was very worn out. The only positive along with good staff was a spacious balcony and it was pretty quiet and not far from the Orly airport. The best thing about this hotel (apart from the staff) was leaving it.

This is not a 3 star hotel! The appartment was very worn out and outdated. The walls needed painting, the curtains were loose, things were falling apart (like the closet in the bedroom that we couldn’t open and the toilet paper holder that was falling from the wall), the sofa bed was broken, the bed was not comfortable, some of the lights not working, when you took a shower water poored over to the floor and so on. It was very warm and stuffy inside and no air conditioning, only one fan that could not fix the situation. The air was suffocating and we didn’t get any sleep. The day after I noticed that the dividing glass wall between the balconies was cracked and it seemed that something had been going on in this property. It didn’t feel very safe. Overall not a good experience, pretty awful really.

overall good, some small cleaning and lightening problem

Location was very good with everything you need by foot or 1-2 metero station away. (metro was at 150m) spacious room with everything you need.

it wasnt cleaned very well, especially the fridge and some kitchen ustensils. lightening was very bad also. (it was ok as i was sleeping early and night was at 10pm but in winter it will be a problem) no ac also. (only a small fan)

Stuff were very kind. Good value for the price.

There were no air conditioning and on our last day in Paris there were 38 degree, so in the room was very hot.
