Disappointing Stay, Would Not Recommend

We had made a reservation in advance, but upon arrival, the staff couldn’t locate it—despite us providing all the necessary proof. We ended up waiting over 2 hours before finally getting access to our rooms, for which booking.com had to intervene and help the hotel find our reservation. The elevator maintenance is clearly neglected—there was no light inside, making it an anxiety-inducing experience just to use it. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay, this definitely isn’t the place. Once we got to the room, things didn’t improve. The bathroom had visible stains, and the entire room had a musty, unpleasant smell, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. Definitely won’t be returning.

Too expensive for what you get

The beds were clean and the person at the reception was kind.

The hotel is not that close to the airport (25 minutes by tram) but the tram stop is in front of the hotel. It smells very bad at the entrance, luckily the rooms don’t smell.. The rooms are very very small, if you are traveling with luggage and kids, it’s pretty challenging.. Definitely too expensive for what you get.

The location was supposed to be closer to the center of Paris according to the description but it was pretty far! The elevator was so tiny we could hardly fit with our luggage! The room was very small and old looking as well as the bathroom. The shower was so tiny and hard to get into because it had a very tall tub and the shower door was so narrow and hitting the sink! No toilet treats, not enough towels! When we got to the breakfast at 7 am there was no eggs, bacon or sausage left, only bread and coffee…

Disappointing

Location is ok, near tram line.

Dirty towels with stains and hair. Inadequate staff - can't speak English, don't respect privacy - while getting acces code and making payment on automatic machine - all the times manager tried to intervene to the screen with personal room access code etc. He was pointed out few times, but seems like didn't understood and kept trying. While there's not big variety of meals for breakfast - two of the hotel staff grabbed all available fruits, not leaving nothing to the guests except couple tired apples. There has been quite chilly in the room.

shockingly bad, no tv, no hand wash and no staff. to top it up, the breakfast closed earlier and I had to literally fight to get a refund. I expect further refund for non working tv and no hand wash. this property should not be advertised at booking.com

the beds in the upper room are not normal beds, but kind of wood which is move when you turn in the Bed. the room size is very small, you can not move normally in the room, cleaning ist not good enough,

The staff was so helpful and polite. The hotel location is good as it is near to tram which takes you to metro station.

No phone in the rooms to call reception. But they provide help in calling any outside facility like resturant.

Hot rooms made sleeping hard!

Location was good. Near to metro.

Check in was unorganised. Receptionist insisted for about 30 minutes that we had to pay despite already paying Booking.com. Then realised her error. The room was SO hot and air conditioning was broken. the room was on the 5th floor and the windows open fully so couldn't leave them open with children in room. Also very noisey outside and bright light from advert opposite. we therefore got little sleep!

small but good enough for three days. good price. beds and bathroom ok. parking is secured over night. the hotel is super close to the tram station that joins the subway 7. so easy way to get to Paris
