Desgusting!

The reception & the restaurant is located in an old smelling building a part. No lift in the hotel; very hard for disabled people to access to the room using the stairs.

Nothing, it is not what I was expecting comparing with Comfort Hotels brand I know!

The reception is a part of the building ; and the building is too old with bad smell. There is No lift in the hôtel and I had a companion who is invalid and has to climb the stairs to get to his Room at the 2nd floor!

The cheap hotels in the area are all the same, a lot to improve to be 3***

Free shuttle from Orly airport, but takes time.

Hair dryer completely broke. It was raining and there is no cover from the rooms to the reception, so after I wash my hair at night, I noticed the hair dryer broke, I just slept with the hair wet. Breakfast you must pay and no options for vegans.

Extremely Disaointing

I am unable to say anything positive about the property

I am extremely unhappy and uncomfortable with the smell and cleanliness of the rooms, never booking again. I called reception to ask for help with the air conditioning and all I got “I don’t speak English “ so in the middle of summer we have to sleep with no aircon or fan on a hot day. The bathroom is outdated and looks nothing like the photos. I pulled Bach the duvet to get into bet and found a few hairs. The TV remote is filthy, I can’t even touch it. Very bad, would not recommend

The stay as far as the room was concerned was a total let down. First ever negative feedback from me

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and good value for money

The room was a good size for the money but not at all clean, the bathroom walls covered in black mould and same on ceiling. So bad I did not use it! I asked if I could move room but was told there was no other rooms and all the rooms are the same?

No sleep!

The showers were great, hot, and powerful. It was a bonus to have a hairdryer, and the staff tried their hardest. However, the matress was not that comfy, and the sink tap sprayed water over the sink. But, the worst two nights, sleep ever as clubbers came out of the nearby nightclub at 4 a.m. and played drum and base on the road, screeching cars, beeping horns and on the second night police had to sort out a large group of troublemakers and sirens and flashing blue lights waking me up at 5 a.m.. It's a shame that this night club is allowed a licence to trade in view of the anti-social behaviour, which was beyond the control of the hotel !

Unfortable stay at comfort (!?) hotel

Nothing to like about this hotel, only apart from 2 morning staff

Poor facilities in the room, Aircon was leaking and at the back of it there was a rathole also worst of all was that the toilet door was NOT SHUTTING ! Door was stuck that the door won’t shut , it’s so unreal ! NEVER AGAIN !!

i paid and did not stay. i request a refund of my money atleast the partial refund

there was no shuttle service available from airport. all the shuttles who came refused to go to this hotel. i waited till 11.30pm at arret 6 of orly 4 and then decided to spend night at airport. i paid for hotel and could not reach. local taxis were charging 35 min to go to this hotel and there was no uber or bolt pickups near airport.

On the second day of check-in, I felt itchy on the plane to the United States. After returning home, the doctor diagnosed bedbug bites all over my body, which shows that the hygiene level is extremely poor.

airport shuttle can't leave you in front of the hotel . I had 3 bagages and i have to walk in the night struggling. Wifi not working all the time

Not worth almost $/€ 100 - this is more of a 2 star hotel.

The only good thing was the bed, which was comfortable.

The girl at the front desk seemed bothered by our presence there. No eye contact. She said there are no rooms left. However, we booked it in front of her through Booking and, surprise, a room was available all of the sudden. The room and bathroom were tiny with approx 2 feet to move around the bed. The bathroom was outdated and dirty. Extremely thin walls, making it difficult to fall asleep due to hearing the group of people next door.

I stayed because of my flight stopover

The hotel is super close to the airport. And for the flight connection you have a free bus 1 block away. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was spacious and super complete. comfortable bed and good heating. Desk sector and coffee maker that always adds up. Good Wi-Fi connectivity.

The rooms are on 3 floors without an elevator. Impossible if you are traveling with large suitcases, children with a stroller or a person with reduced mobility.

The bed was comfortable & the staff were very kind.

The place is run down and in need of repairs/upgrades. The room was minimally cleaned, opened water bottles and soap bottle, hairs in the shower. There was barely any toilet paper (luckily there were tissues).
